Lots of talk about him boxing, but is anyone interested in seeing him box at all?

Lets see what the numbers will be like on here.

I'll be honest I'd love to see him box a top boxer. First off he has nothing to lose, he's expected to lose. And if he somehow wins, that will be magical.

So does this pique your interest at all?

After all the MMA disappointments in boxing, i expect him to lose easily. He couldn't even outbox Gane.

I'd rather see top boxers box other top boxers. I'd rather see top MMA fighters fight other top MMA fighters.

In the odd chance I want to see an MMA fighter box, it's when they have a very clear aptitude for boxing and decide to cross over at a young enough age, train out of a legitimate gym and work their way up to see how far they can go, the closest thing to that we ever had was Ryan Ford but he was already pushing 33 by the time he transitioned to boxing, he won his first 14 fights and even beat a former Olympic gold Medalist in Manus Boonjumung and a former title challenger in Robert Berridge but by around 35-36 he was in the deep end and too old and just became mostly a record padder for solid talent. I'd love to see high level boxers try coming over at 18-25 and building themselves up into an mma fighter proper but that also doesn't make sense. We've had a few real good amateur boxers but nothing too crazy.

But yeah? These novelty fights like Floyd vs Conor or Fury vs Ngannou are great losses, they don't really answer any questions or progress anything, they're attention and money grabs for the sake of it. It just feels like a waste of time and talent to me.

Im interested in a way that id probably watch a replay of a fight, depending on who hes fighting.

Definetly aint buying any PPVs.

I mean, ill watch, but dude was gassing just trying to deal with Gane's footwork. This is really not the thing he wants to be doing.

Remember that Ngannou had bad knee injury going into that fight. We probably only saw 70% of Ngannou best. So who knows how he would have done if he was close to a 100%.

It's not something I'd pay for. Seems like way too much of a swindle trying to get people to pay for a foregone conclusion.

Personally, I'd find him boxing a fringe top 10 first much more interesting, but he obviously just wants the money, and winning takes a backseat to the payday.

Well I hope he can do better, sure.

I'm interested, but I suspect the interest will not last long unless Francis can shock the world. I mean, look, we got MMA guys who can't even beat Jake Paul, I don't think we're going to see real competition from MMA guys at the upper levels of boxing.

i would love that he box Deontay Wilder first
he can go to a decision against Wilder

against Fury or Joshua, it will be harder to survive 12rounds

but it is all about money, so we have no clue until he start to talk with the managers

dont get too excited,
boxing fans are still waiting for a
Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder
the only reason they never fought each others, is the managers unable to come to fair terms

Not very interested, but will watch regardless. I always love some violence, especially great back to back fights, brutal one sided beatdowns, etc.
