Elections Elon Musk exposes what happened to the Hunter Biden Story

Disagree with Elon once, and you get shadow banned.

searching twitter for @mtaibbi is even funnier. you can see what everybody else who is saying about him, even in reponse to one of his tweets, but you won't be able to see the original tweet or any of this guys tweets.

its safe to say that this bromance is over.

So now you agree with private companies having terms of service? <36>
i was kind of confused by his post. Apparently his partisan hackery chip must be malfunctioning or he had a coherent thought for a moment and it got recorded. Or, more likely, in an attempt to be a reactionary edgelord he went against everything he's been saying in this thread.

absolutely disgusting how this story was buried/suppressed . this is another example of where I would have assumed Liberals would have been front and center in terms of condeming/opposing such behavior.

but take a look at this thread, so incredibly shameful
I think you give more credence to the veracity of "this story" than is warranted.

I don't really pay close attention to non-stories, especially ones that deal with Republican's obsession with dick pics, but seeing Matt Taibbi used and discarded is hilarious.

Seeing him rail on Joe Rogan about access journalism and then do exactly that? Chef's kiss. Career suicide. Coffin'd by some MSNBC host nobody's ever heard of.

No just certain experts/people to be censored on social media.

like chrissy teigen. but donald trump's administrations attempts to get twitter to take down that mean tweet had failed bigly, much like everything else associated with the name trump.

the only thing that has came, or will ever come out of the twitter files was that we got to hear all about the trump administration's attempts to try to censor people on twitter - all in the name of free speech of course - and most importantly, donald trump got put down in the congressional record as a pussy ass bitch. everything else has turned out to be a bunch of fictitious nonsense, and numbers that people pulled straight out of their asses because it sounds more appealing to the chuds than the actual truth, and gives them something more to the "Delete These Lies"...."Okay." story to talk about.

thanks elon. i guess you can just wash your hands of this one now and pretend like it never happened now that the interest petered out and your journalist bro that you just disowned has just got clowned and exposed as a hack. but anyways i still need something to beat my dick off to, so lets forget about that twitter files shit and circle back to hunters laptop.

Elon obviously not doing anything similar to Biden lol.

After I heard that the court was looking into his cellphone he completed the twitter purchase within weeks at a really over the value number. Got to hide whatever on that phone lol an hunter the bad one.

"When a photo appeared online last week showing the ‘W’ covered up on the sign outside Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco, many assumed it was a photoshopped image. But CEO Elon Musk appears to have confirmed it was real on Sunday night and he’d like Twitter to be known as “Titter”—presumably a joke about breasts."

I've always believed that private companies can make their own terms of service (within reason); I don't believe the govt can ask private companies to silence speech on the states behalf.

That's the thing. Trump requested things be taken down, but he didn't have the power to order it. And obviously political campaigns were neither representing the gov't or making orders.

When the MSNBC host pressed him on his hypocrisy, Matt's rebuttal was "I spent a lot of time with Elon. I like Elon. The facts speak for themselves". How do you justify circumventing the rules of impartial journalism with the argument "I spent a couple of hours with him and now we're bros" ?

@Saye_mc reported me in the heat of the moment but apologized so it's all good. He posted something referencing "we" so I responded with a "you" meaning the group but he took it personally so I got hit with a "libel" infraction. <Prem972>
I tried taking the card for you bro, but the 5 0 wasnt hearing it lol

Since the Twitter files didn't just go away and there has been time to try to pick it apart as much as possible, here is the whole argument bullet pointed

1. FBI has not admitted to planting false stories
2. Twitter never pushed false stories
3. Twitter files show no proof that intelligence agencies broke the law
4. Twitter files show no proof of intelligence agencies explicitly telling Twitter to shut down the hunter biden laptop story
5. Taibbi doesn't talk about Trump wanting to censor shit so he's a right wing operative
6. Twitter files show no proof that intelligence agencies used force or punitive threats to coerce or influence Twitter decision

I will bullet point why each of these points are bullshit

1. Why would they implicate themselves and why would anyone trust wholesale the word of an organization with such a horrible track record with these exact types of things. Why not be skeptical about it at all?
2. Twitter doesn't post stories. The users do LOL
3. They are undermining the constitution right of a free press by being so heavily involved and manipulating narratives as they do in other countries
4. No but just as they did with Facebook they gave both social media companies a frame work for "Russian Disinfo" which "conicidentally" matched the Hunter biden story "patterns and descriptions". Meanwhile the FBI knew exactly what was on the laptop since they had it in their possession
5. Completely a lie. He was the first one to talk about Trump doing that
6. There is no explicit evidence of this but there doesn't need to be but what they do show is that there is heavy involvement from the FBI (regularly scheduled meetings) which directly affects their decision making. That is exactly what the Twitter files prove beyond doubt.
