Bo physically has the best tools and base of the 3 but I can't speak on how he faces adversity if punched in the face. 185 and 205 have far fewer killers in it than 170 so that helps him a lot too.He might be a glass cannon like Brock and not respond well when taking punishment in the form of strikes. I'm just speculating but it is an unknown at this point.

I think we can say that both Shavkat and Khamzat at the very least behave like fighters when trading punches.

So right now:

1) Shavkat
2)Khamzat
3 Bo

I think a big issue on Sherdog is people love to hype talent which is unproven against elite comp and has never faced adversity. If someone is running though lower level comp is easier to hype them as an unbeatable monster but history tells us such fighters often struggle when they can't dominate so whilst Khazmat and Sahavzat have taken more lumps which makes such hyper harder than Bo they have proven they can win tough fights which is a big plus.

I agree. Bo is only about a year or so younger than the other two, and he's still fighting the bottom fringes of the division in competition. He needs a big step up in competition soon to actually test where he's at. Chimaev passed against Burns. Shavkat passed against Neal. He should be fighting somebody in the 10-15 range in 2 fights.

Three good men lived very long ago,
Shavkat, Khamzat and-a Bo Nickal
To an idol they would never bow,
Shavkat, Khamzat and-a Bo Nickal

In a fiery furnace they were all thrown in,
Nebuchadnezzar thought it was their end!
But God was there, He never let them go
Shavkat, Khamzat and-a Bo Nickal

Khamzats got more star power than both of them combined. He's already done more than they'll both do

shiv

the hype is justified for him. he could get a title shot right now, very few would complain. neither of the other 2 have really earned it yet.

Khamzat has coulda woulda shoulda written all over him

Bo has serious potential but since he’s never faced any adversity it’s really hard to say

Of the three my $$s on Shavkat

Khamzat's wrestling is terrifying and a great equalizer, but he seems to seriously lack career focus.

Shavkat's well rounded, cool under fire, but got defensive holes

Bo also got great wrestling but need to see how he does at the higher levels.

Id say a focused Khamzat, fighting often, has the higher ceiling

At this point I’m starting to think there might be some truth in the conspiracy theories around him about him being shelved for some reason that hasn’t been released, such as a failed test. His absence makes no sense.

Just glad he’s back in action soon.

  1. Shavkat for being good in all areas and disciplined
  2. Khamzat for explosive athleticism and great wrestling but having low fight IQ, getting into a war with Burns, and missing weight against Nate Diaz
  3. Nutshot Nickal for being a newbie in MMA, which is going to show once he's up against opponents who aren't cans

Bo is not a good striker. You need striking at the elite level now. vast majority of champs are strikers.

it's because it's easier to stuff a take-down than it is to execute a take-down.
