He still won. He didn't lose to a guy who rolled off the couch and is celebrating that he kept it semi close.

Yes, but he fought the #1 ranked heavyweight in boxing. Artur fought the #130 ranked heavyweight in MMA.

1 judge had it 96-93 that is 7 rds to 3
Would have been 8 if the kd didn't happen

Heck even aherdog and mmajunkie had it 96-93 fury. Your mma bias and the kd is messing with your judgment
I don't know if the English commentary team don't like Fury, but they sounded legitimately worried he had dropped the decision.

Fury had the better percentage in power punches. Francis threw more and missed more than Fury.
Francis took the L.
Someone that can actually score boxing. Francis did far better than expected and fury took him too lightly.

Please Francis would beat Chisora's ass if they fight. Chisora is trying to talk his way into another fight he can't win.

The entire boxing world seems to be panic wrestling at the moment. Having taken years of shit from Ray Mercer knocking out Tim Sylvia from boxing fans I have to say I'm rather enjoying it.

Boxing fans are being pretty respectful to Francis.

The Furies are getting savaged online though.

It's been a long time coming. They've been getting away with bullshitting for years.

That doesn't matter, it's the advantage of rounds that matter. Extremely close fight but these stats are pointless in determining who actually won the fight.

In a way they're right.

There was more waiting, and tentativeness, than fighting.

The last two Deontay Wilder fights were epic slugfests, both trying to kill each other, both showing tremendous heart and resolve.

Despite the intrigue of this last fight, it was kind of a snoozefest, where both were holding back, more afraid of getting hit than doing the hitting.

I could watch the last two Wilder fights over and over again. I've watched this fight once more, and that's all I need to see.

No the last Wilder fight was a slugfest for a few rounds before Fury took over.

The second one was Fury slipping Wilder's right on the outside and then smothering him in the clinch. It was a one-sided beating.

Heres one of the worst takes . Fury in 2 rounds

Vince is forgivable because hes 80s years old and doesnt follow MMA but Undertaker the MMA fan should have known better that Francis chin is going to last way longer than 2 round and that Fury isnt the powerpuncher that Wilder is

Man Vince is not looking good. I didn’t even think that was him.

It was, but it was a fight.

No one was tentative. That was my main point.

This fight, both were too tentative, IMO.

I heard he barely makes any public appearances these days and he seems to need a cane t oassist him in walking. Yeah doesnt look too good even his voice sounds way too soft...

I will say something negative about Ngannou, he didn't like to go on the attack. He could counter when Fury got wild, but couldn't consistently counter. He used to walk down mma guys, but against top boxers he doesn't seem comfortable trying to force openings to get through. I would've liked to see more aggression from Ngannou.

He had zero pro fights before facing the lineal, undefeated heavyweight champion...I wasn't surprised he was a little tentative, but honestly a more aggressive approach likely would have worked in Fury's favor. They were probably expecting Ngannou to come in hot and throw wide (like he did a lot in MMA), which would have created space for counters. He was letting Fury go first a lot of the time, but that seemed to throw TF a bit. Francis was also probably worried about gassing early.

If this had been a championship for for 12 rounds, I am curious how those last two would have gone.

Francis is like Anderson, both don’t show damage at all. Black don’t crack
Did you watch Rampage's carcass dripping after Walderlei murked him?
But yeah, true. Some guys have rhino skin, barely even cuttable

Francis should invite Fury over for Christmas or new years party.
