And then they're still to this moment expelling Palestinians from homes in the West Bank and settlers are moving in. That's actually the reason the IDF took so long to get to the festival after it was attacked on 10/7. It was because the IDF were busy defending settler activity in the West Bank.

So according to your definition of ethnic cleansing, that is precisely what Israel is doing.

That answer is obvious to you. A person that doesn’t have to live next door to a terrorist hot bed. A person that doesn’t have to worry about another cross border raid like happened on the 7 October. A person that doesn’t live under constant rocket attacks.

The war crimes you think are cut and dry like you think they are because a lot of those protections are lost when your forces use those civilian locations for military purposes.

The harsh reality is that Israel the state does have to do this to make sure that their people are safe. That is their duty before anything else.

There are a bajillion examples. Just Google or Youtube/Twitter search Palestinians eviction or stolen home West Bank.

The Palestinian village of Khan al-Ahmar is being forcefully evacuated to land near a garbage dump instead. The Israeli Supreme Court ruled that the Israeli army can move the villagers and this got condemnation from the UN, the International Criminal Court, the European Parliament, and Amnesty International as against Geneva conventions. There was an appeal and it's still being litigated.
