I personally wouldn't have cared if it was Tucker or anyone else. Watching Putin speak is always a treat. He is a very wise, thoughtful person who cares for his people.

The emotional Tucker outrage comes mostly from the left. They are the ones who blew up this interview. Now everyone is curious about it and more people will watch it.

First, to show his mind is sharp and clear and he’s not a crazy lunatic like the West portrayed him to be.

You clearly have zero understanding that I already knew everything you tried to inform me on. He can be "clear sharpy no cra ca" and still be completely one-sided on this issue. Just because he thinks he's right doesn't make him right.

Secondiy, he emphasizes the historic significance of the current events so that people can understand it’s not black and white, “he just wants a land grab”.

Overall, the interview went as good as possible for Putin, he didn’t concede anything, but offered a way to start peace talks. Brilliant diplomacy as always.
