A Lancaster County magat will serve up to nine months in prison followed by three years of probation after pleading guilty to a felony charge stemming from his participation in the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol building.

Cameron Edward Hess, 27, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty in October 2023 to one count of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder. He was sentenced Monday at a hearing before U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth.

"His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election," the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia said of Hess.

According to court documents, Hess traveled from Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021, and was identified in closed-circuit television and open-source video illegally entering the U.S. Capitol building via the East Rotunda Doors at approximately 3:24 p.m.

Court documents say that Hess pushed his way inside while police officers were attempting to direct the rioters out of the doors.

At about 3:25 p.m., Hess pushed further into the Capitol building, separated by just a few rioters from the line of police officers trying to clear the building of the mob, court documents state.

At about 3:30 p.m., officers regained control of the doorway, and Hess was pushed out the East Rotunda Doors, according to court records. Hess then approached the officers from the outside and, in an attempt to breach the Capitol again, pushed a law enforcement officer attempting to close the doors.

The officer instructed Hess to “stop” multiple times, but Hess physically engaged the officer with his right arm while holding the door open with his left. After this confrontation, the police successfully closed the East Rotunda Doors, but Hess remained outside the doors for at least 10 more minutes, according to court documents.

Court records say that on Jan. 6, Hess sent text messages saying, in part, “people storming the Capitol” and that he was “in the thick of it. Got pepper sprayed and teargassed.”

That evening, Hess bragged about his assault on police in a message, writing, “I was brawling at the door.”

Several days later, Hess sent another message saying, “Don’t tell anyone I was there.”

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section prosecuted this case. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania provided valuable assistance.

The FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office’s Capital Area Resident Agency and the Washington Field Office investigated this case. The Metropolitan Police Department and the U.S. Capitol Police provided valuable assistance.

In the 37 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,313 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 469 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony, authorities said.

The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with tips can call 1-800-CALL-FBI (800-225-5324) or visit Tips.FBI.gov.

i wonder if his homeboy snitched him out over those text messages?

Indiana couple sentenced to prison for their roles in Jan. 6 riots

@Lucas1980

An Indiana couple was sentenced to prison time on Tuesday for their roles in the Jan. 6, 2021, riots in Washington.

Thirty-eight-year-old Arthur Reyher, of Brownsburg, was sentenced to eight months in prison followed by three years of supervised release and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.

He will also have to serve 200 hours of community service.

Jessica Reyher, also 38 years old and from Brownsberg, was sentenced to 90 days in prison followed by three years of supervised release and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.

The couple both pleaded guilty to a felony offense of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder on Nov. 6, 2023.

"Their actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election," the U.S. Justice Department said.

According to court documents, the Reyhers traveled from Brownsburg to Washington, D.C., to attend the "Stop the Steal" rally on Jan. 6, 2021.

"After watching the former President's speech, the Reyhers marched to the U.S. Capitol building and entered the restricted perimeter at the West Front," the Justice Department stated. "Here, the Reyhers witnessed a chaotic scene as tear gas and other chemical irritants filled the air, emergency warning systems blared, bike racks littered the ground, and the line of police officers was under constant attack from a mob of rioters.

"Rioters at the West Front eventually overwhelmed police and caused officers to retreat to the Lower West Terrace and escape into the nearest entrance to the Capitol building, a narrow hallway known as the Tunnel, created by the construction of the Inauguration stage and the site of some of the most violent attacks against law enforcement on January 6th. The Lower West Terrace Tunnel was the site of some of the most violent assaults on law enforcement officers on Jan. 6. Rioters at the Tunnel battled officers for hours as they attempted to storm the Capitol building."

Police say that after making their way through the crowds on the West Front, the Reyhers went into the Tunnel and entered at about 2:43 p.m., and once inside, the two quickly pushed to the front of the crowd of rioters and joined others in aggressively pushing against the established police line.

"At about 2:50 p.m., Arthur and Jessica participated in a series of coordinated pushes against the police line in the Tunnel. Court records say that one rioter coordinated the mob's efforts by making "1, 2, 3" gestures with his hand and yelling "PUSH!" Court documents say that Arthur and Jessica combined their body weight with others in the crowd to physically push back against the assembled police line," the Justice Department said.

After police were able to clear rioters out of the Tunnel, at approximately 3:04 p.m., authorities say the Reyhers reentered the Tunnel and again pushed their way to the front of the pack of rioters.

"The duo again joined with others and used their body weight to physically push, in unison, against the police line. At about 3:05 p.m., a chemical irritant was sprayed inside the Tunnel, causing the Reyhers to leave. The two then stood outside the Archway entrance and yelled "PUSH!" and patted rioters on the back as they entered the Tunnel.

"Shortly thereafter, another individual came out from the Tunnel and yelled several times, "We are almost through!" Arthur Reyher then exclaimed, "PUSH!" and "OUR HOUSE!" At that point, another rioter turned to Arthur and Jessica and said, "Hey guys, are you going in or not? The couple then rushed into the Tunnel for the third time and joined the collective efforts to push against the police line. As the Reyhers thrust their collective body weight into the police line, one officer could be heard screaming in agonizing pain as they were smashed between a shield and a metal door frame. After their third time entering the Tunnel, the Reyhers exited once more."

Authorities say that at about 3:17 p.m., Arthur stood outside of the Tunnel and again joined rioters in repeatedly pushing in unison against the police line. The pushing continued for several minutes until police were able to expel the rioters from the Tunnel.

The FBI arrested them both on March 15 of last year in Indianapolis.

The Justice Department says that in the 37 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,313 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 469 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement, a felony.

the couple who riots together goes to prison together!

Orange rapist fan who assaulted officers with a hockey stick on Jan. 6 sentenced to prison just to own the libs

Judge Tanya Chutkan, who will oversee Molestini Cheetolini's trial on charges he conspired to obstruct Congress and disenfranchise voters, sentenced Michael Foy on Wednesday.

240228-Michael-Joseph-Foy-3-ew-228p-806da1.jpg

@Lucas1980

But U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan — who is overseeing the mandarin molester's delayed federal trial on charges he tried to overturn his 2020 election loss by conspiring to obstruct Congress and disenfranchise American voters — said Wednesday that the Justice Department's request was "unreasonable" and didn't factor in Foy's prior military service and other factors in his life in the lead-up to Jan. 6. Chutkan ultimately landed on a sentence of 40 months, meaning that Foy will end up serving an additional two years and a few months in federal prison.

Foy, according to the FBI, had previously shown up to the TCF Center in Detroit after the 2020 election, where orange rapist supporters spun up on lies about the elections process harassed poll workers and banged on windows to try to stop absentee ballots from being counted. In court on Wednesday, his attorney said that Foy's mother and stepfather were "ardent supporters of the fraudy orange rapist" who also bought into Zesto Molesto's lies about the election, which made him more susceptible to the misinformation that the touchy tangerine and his allies were spreading.

Elizabeth Mullin, one of the federal public defenders representing Foy, argued that giving him a lengthy sentence wouldn't stop future potential rioters from responding to false claims and heated rhetoric from political candidates going forward. A sentence for a random Jan. 6 rioter, she argued, wouldn’t have that much of a deterrent effect when prominent figures — including the presumptive Republican nominee for president — continue to spread lies about the 2020 election. Chutkan avoided getting roped into a discussion of the former president’s culpability for the Capitol attack ahead of the trial she'll oversee.

“I’m not getting into that,” Chutkan said with a smile, prompting laughter in the courtroom.

“Also not getting into that,” she added, when the defense attorney discussed members of Congress who acted upon the mandarin molesters election lies and continue to promote them.

Chutkan did take umbrage at the suggestion that Foy had only planned to use the hockey stick he brought from Michigan as a flagpole.

"This isn't a hockey town," Chutkan said, quipping that fans of the Washington Capitals "may disagree." Foy's attorney conceded that Foy ultimately used the hockey stick as a weapon at the Capitol.

In a video played during his sentencing, Foy described himself as a “30-year-old loser” who was living at his mom's house in the lead-up to the attack, which is when Foy fell for what his attorney described as “the dire propaganda” of the former president. Foy thanked Chutkan for helping him get “much-needed mental health help” after he was first arrested.

"Not a day goes by where I didn't say to myself 'I'm not going to let you down,'" Foy told Chutkan during the hearing.

thats right bitchboy. grovel at the judges feet.

the party of law & order and personal accountability. back the blue. blue lives matter.

What's the latest tally on the number of people convicted?

over 900. i think over 940 last i seen actually. about half of them have received sentences involving jail or prison time. the other half have received fines and probation and sometimes house arrest.

the ones that assaulted cops, vandalized the property, stole shit, broke down windows and barricades, people who carried weapons, people who organized the shit or coordinated it, and the people who opt for a trial rather than pleading guilty or accepting plea deals are the ones being hit with prison time and shit.

the people who werent a bunch of shit disturbers and just walked in there and took some selfies and walked out are usually only getting slapped with fines and probation and maybe a few weeks of jail or home detention at most. oh yeah and they get to carry a felony criminal record with them for the rest of their lives so there's that.

of the 1300+ people charged for crimes at the capitol, so far only two of them have gotten exonerated for their crimes. and one of those two people, who fell into the "sightseeing tourist" category, was only let off because the trump appointed judge literally deemed that he was too screwed up in the head to understand the gravity of what he was doing.

The videos that the Democrats / DOJ tried to keep from us are disturbing.

It looks like the Capitol Police and the plants in the crowd started the violence.

godamm antifa!

eh..... i mean FBI!

yea.....this aint it..

You don't have to believe your lying eyes.... the luxury of a Left Cult member.

All I have to do now is see Trump and Biden make it to November as the candidates and you lost the bet and are done.

It looks like the Capitol Police and the plants in the crowd started the violence.

that's nice skippy. now you go make that argument inside of a courtroom mmmkay

and which plants are you talking about? are they antifa or fbi? i havent heard about these plants you speak of in any of these trials, and ive been covering a whole lot of them.

do any of these plants that you speak of have names? are they real people? can you name a single one of these plants you speak of? do they exist on this planet? or are they just as imaginary as your election fraud fairy?

i mean i see a whole lot of people selling out their own friends and family members who went inside the capitol with them just to try to save themselves and receive a lesser sentence of their own. but i don't see any of these plants that you speak of being name dropped in court. how strange. not a single one! why is that skippy? these people must have more loyalty towards a corrupt law organization than they do their own family right?

i guess these people would rather throw their own mothers under the bus and watch their children get hauled off to prison alongside of them, rather than to ever sell out any of these plants that you and tucker always want to talk about. now that's loyalty right there! they have no shame in helping the fbi and sending their own loved ones to prison if it means saving themselves, but at least they won't speak a single peep or drop a single name of any of those people who actually sent them in there!

i know one thing, if i ever go on a crime spree, i'm putting on my FBI hat and my antifa costume and i'm gonna go do my crimes with a bunch of maga trash. at least i know that if they ever get caught, sure they'll drop dime on their own wives and mothers, but they sure as hell ain't ever gonna sell me out!

and did those plants that you speak of buy all of the plane tickets for those rioters and then stuff a bunch of larping gear into their suitcases? did they help them pack up their pepper spray, hockey sticks, tasers, tomahawks, pistols, pepper spray, switchblade knives, hammers, gas masks, brass knuckles, body armor, baseball bats. rebar flagpoles, crowbars and all that other sightseeing touristy stuff and then bring it to the capitol for them? yes? well then, im sure these people will have no problem singing to the feds and snitching these plants out too, right after they get finished sending their own mothers and wives to prison of course!

i guess maga puts federal agents and antifa first and foremost above everybody else! now we know where their loyalty really lies. thats why they won't drop a single one of these peoples names inside of a courtroom, even though they have no shame in selling out their own friends and family ones once the feds come knocking!

going along with your cockadoodle conspiracies is fun. now tell me the tale about the the one time at band camp where antifa got raging mad that their guy won the election so they stormed the capitol and tried to prevent the election from being certified for the guy who they wanted to become president. how does that one go again? i think it starts off with "Once upon a time...." just like this cutesy little fbi plant fairy tale of yours.

ill admit he won bigly today with the supreme court allowing the case to be heard and delaying the trial before election for immunity, i just hope the voters (not the maga base, he could literally shoot someone and they would rationalise it) but enough of the remaining voters vote against him come election time and he ends in disgrace and humiliation.

and you dont welch on the bet.....i give it a 50/50 chance you do...

im surprised cottagecheese douche isnt in here defending his trailer trash trump people.

Ex-Tennessee Deputy Sentenced for Assaulting Officers During Capitol Riot

Ronald Colton McAbee, a former sheriff's deputy, was sentenced to nearly six years for assaulting officers during the Capitol riot.

giphy.gif

@Lucas1980

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A disgraced former Tennessee sheriff's deputy, Ronald Colton McAbee, who played stupid games at the U.S. Capitol, has now won his stupid price, receiving nearly six years in prison just to own the libs after assaulting police officers during the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. McAbee, who was identified by his bulletproof vest marked "SHERIFF" and a Three Percenters militia insignia, engaged in violent acts against law enforcement as he joined the mob of orange rapist supporters storming the Capitol.

Background and Arrest

MAGA Trash McAbee, on medical leave from the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend a fraudster and rapists "Stop the Steal" rally. Dressed in gear that included brass knuckle gloves and a Three Percenters emblem, he forcefully dragged and punched officers attempting to protect the Capitol. His actions that day led to his arrest and subsequent sentencing by U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras to five years and 10 months in prison, with credit for the two years and seven months already served.

Legal Proceedings and Sentencing

Despite McAbee's claims of not intending to incite fear or chaos, evidence presented showed him proudly displaying his involvement in the riot. Prosecutors recommended a sentence of 12 years and seven months, highlighting the severity of his actions against law enforcement. McAbee's defense argued he was attempting to help a fellow rioter, Rosanne Boyland, who died during the event. However, Judge Contreras emphasized the gravity of attacking police, noting McAbee's apparent pride in his violent acts the day after the insurrection.

Implications and Reflections

MAGA Trash McAbee's sentencing underscores the ongoing legal repercussions for those involved in the January 6 Capitol riot. With over 1,300 individuals who have fucked around and more than 800 who have found out, the cases paint a stark picture of the day's chaos and its aftermath. McAbee's case, in particular, highlights the complexities of individual actions within the larger context of the riot, raising questions about accountability, justice, and the role of law enforcement in such unprecedented situations.

Capitol rioter may be trying to delay sentencing because he likes jail, prosecutors claim

Brandon Fellows called federal incarceration ‘awesome and fun’

Drool-Maga-Prison.gif

Federal prosecutors claim a Capitol rioter trying to delay his sentencing may be doing so because he enjoys being locked up.

Capitol rioter Brandon Fellows represented himself during his trial, and was ultimately convicted. He told jurors that the day of the riot was a "beautiful day" and that he was happy that lawmakers feared for their lives, NBC News reports.

“We had to take the election back. It was stolen,” he told the jurors. He also called the judge presiding over his case a Nazi.

He told jurors during the trial that he was autistic and had been at some point diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome and ADHD.

After he was convicted, prosecutors announced they would seek to jail Fellows for 37 months, the maximum under the sentencing guidelines.

However, Fellows has requested to delay his sentencing by several months. If he were granted that request, he could possibly spend more time locked up than he was actually sentenced to serve.

In a filing on Thursday, prosecutors pushed back against his request, arguing that it "is not in the interest of justice" to grant the delay "but, given his statement during a hearing on 13 December, 2023, that he was in no rush to proceed to sentencing, remaining incarcerated may be the defendant's goal."

Fellows was one of a small group of Capitol riot defendants who was held in pre-trial detention even though he had not been charged with assaulting a police officer or conspiracy. He initially was released on bond but was sent back to detention after he violated the conditions of his release several times.

Fellows has described Bureau of Prisons facilities as “awesome and very fun” and that he preferred being in prison because there were weight rooms, classes, and nutritional food.

“The Government has no doubt that he would like to delay his sentencing by any means necessary,” prosecutors wrote in a court filing. “The defendant has demonstrated that he is in no particular hurry for his case to conclude, even though he is in custody.”

Prosecutors said that Fellows has “used every chance he has gotten — in media interviews, his social media, and through his trial testimony — to insist that his actions were perfectly lawful and justified, despite knowing it was not.”

He may also be trying to delay his sentencing until another case involving a Capitol rioter makes it through the Supreme Court.

In that case, Capitol riot defendant Joseph Fischer is seeking to have a charge of obstructing an official proceeding dismissed by the court. Fellows faces a similar charge, and may be trying to delay his sentencing until that matter is resolved.

this guy appears to be a sovereign citizen. not many other people are stupid enough to represent themselves at a criminal trial.

'It's time for you to grow up!' Judge sentences NY chimney repairman to over 3 years in prison for role in Capitol riot

Brandon Fellows, of New York, was convicted of one felony count of obstructing the joint session of Congress and multiple misdemeanors.

43fd60e1-259e-447b-866f-15d4f0e66b99_1920x1080.png

@Lucas1980

A federal judge repeatedly admonished a New York chimney repairman for his contemptuous behavior and “utter lack of remorse” Thursday before sentencing him to three and a half years in prison for obstructing the joint session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021.

Brandon Fellows, 29, of Schenectady, was convicted in August of one felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding and four misdemeanors for his role in the Capitol riot. At trial, prosecutors showed Fellows entering the U.S. Capitol through a broken window and then proceeding to Sen. Jeff Merkley’s (D-OR) office, where he smoked marijuana. Fellows then joined rioters in the Crypt before heckling officers who didn’t have helmets on his way out of the building. Prosecutors said Fellows then posted extensively on social media, “glorifying the violence of his fellow rioters.”

Fellows was initially granted pretrial release but had his bond revoked after multiple violations, including calling the mother of his probation officer. His defiant behavior continued following his rearrest. Fellows fired multiple attorneys and ultimately chose to represent himself – including during a disastrous bond review hearing in which he appeared to admit to illegally attempting to get judges removed from cases in D.C. and New York. In addition to his conviction at trial, Fellows was also found in criminal contempt of court for repeated outbursts, including calling the proceeding a “kangaroo court” and a “nazi court.”

Federal prosecutors sought a top-of-the-guidelines sentence of 37 months in prison – describing him as a “cheerleader” for violent rioters and saying he could be expected to be back at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2025, if his preferred candidate again doesn’t win.

At his sentencing hearing Thursday, U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden agreed. McFadden, a former deputy assistant attorney general who was nominated to the federal bench by disgraced former President Molestini Cheetolini in 2017, said in all his years in law he had never seen a defendant as contemptuous as Fellows.

“You have repeatedly made a mockery of these proceedings,” McFadden said, noting Fellows had shown the “height of contempt” for all three branches of government and had “flagrantly lied” on the stand at trial. McFadden also pushed back against Fellows’ belief that he was the victim of a “grand conspiracy” against him.

“It is, rather, your defiance of any and every attempt to try to get your actions to conform to what the law requires that has gotten you to this point,” McFadden said, adding in exasperation a short time later, “It’s time for you to grow up!”

Capitol rioter from Niskayuna sentenced to 42 months behind bars

well folks. this sovereign citizen said that he likes jail and that it's really awesome and fun. i'm sure he's gonna love prison! and lmao at him calling up his probation officers mother, trying to intimidate them i guess, just for him to end up getting thrown into pretrial detention for 32 months.

prosecutors asked for 37 months. the trump-appointed judge handed down a sentence of 42 months.

perhaps he shouldn't have fired all of his lawyers and then decided to represent himself. maybe playing games in the courtroom and illegally trying to get a bunch of judges removed wasn't the smartest way to go about it. well, enjoy prison i guess!

Miles Adkins says he won't be 'bullied' off School Board after Jan. 6 charges

65de59bf8b57c.image.jpg

"WINCHESTER — Miles Adkins says he won’t be “bullied out” of his position on the Frederick County School Board, a day after he was arrested on charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Federal authorities arrested Adkins on Tuesday. He faces four misdemeanor counts related to the riot, according to a criminal complaint filed by the FBI in the Western Virginia U.S. District Court.

“It’s just a two-tiered justice system where they keep going after these Jan. 6 folks, but then you can also have people having sex inside the Capitol, on the Senate floor, and nothing happens to them,” Adkins said in a Wednesday morning phone interview. “It’s just a political, two-tiered justice system where there’s no equal justice underneath the law.”

Adkins faces charges of entering and remaining in a restricted building or ground; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a capitol building; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building.

He appeared in a federal courtroom in Charlottesville on Tuesday and was granted a personal recognizance bond with conditions that include not using alcohol excessively or possessing a firearm.

According to the Department of Justice, as of Jan. 6 of this year, approximately 452 defendants have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees at the Capitol that day, including approximately 123 individuals who have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious bodily injury to an officer. Approximately 140 police officers were assaulted on Jan. 6, the DOJ says."

excuse me for interrupting this liberal jerk session, but..

be glad your insurrectionist heroes didn't try this shit in many other countries. they would have simply just put a bullet in them before they even made it up the front steps. and then they would have rounded up their family members and shot them too, or at the very least send them off to work camps because thats what they do to people who associate themselves with domestic terrorists.
