Law Airport executive shot in firefight with federal agents at his home in Arkansas

Where was any of that originally reported?
That it was a No knock warrant. Original story I read the day of said they put an apple tracking bug on his car. That he was aware he was being surveilled.

This is the first I’m hearing he was aware he was being surveilled. If so then he certainly wasn’t caught off guard.

I understand you have also looked like a complete idiot in this thread and can't actually think.

None of what was stated as fact is an opinion or is what was initially reported. It is all lies. Nice attempt at white-knighting though.

you should change your name to Operation Thor

On March 2, 2024, the affidavit states Malinowski was observed by a secret agent operating a table as a vendor at a G&S Promotions Gun Show, with multiple guns for sale. Including one pistol with a serial number matching that of a gun Malinowski had purchased approximately four days prior.

A tracking device was planted on Malinowski’s vehicle by agents, according to the affidavit, to track his locations during gun shows.

You should change your name to "Operation I Am A Can."

I couldn’t say if he were allowed to carry at work or not but when has that ever stopped someone?

I wasn’t saying reloading was illegal, I am wondering why there were casings recovered from the garage? Him reloading ammo in there would be one reason.
Was that where he was when he fired shots at police, and not in bed asleep when the police arrived as some are speculating.
Do you think he likely carried a gun into the airport every day?

I don't know where he was when the shooting happened.

I don’t see where Malinowski was aware he was being surveilled there.

over a two year span, it looks like a small time side gig at best, people buy and sell all the time, but when guns involved, you've got wandering eyes....
The ATF could've also just sent him a letter requiring he apply for an FFL.

The funniest part about that comment is the most spun out poser, er I mean poster in this thread is you.

Def spend more of your life quoting post and acting emotional for E credit.
Careful. You'll get accused of lying.

Uh huh. You're spinning your wheels trying to white knight your boyfriends, son.

Yes it's been emotionally devastating to see you cans get dubs.

It was Yahoo

Before the Tuesday search warrant, the affidavit stated that ATF agents had planted a tracking device on Malinowski’s SUV. At times, he would drive erratically while agents were trailing him, the affidavit said.

Of course, that's your specialty.

We don't know the details of exactly how the warrant was served do we?

Correct, we don't. So why are you lying?

Or grab him on the way to work?

It's not like barging into a house is the only way folks have been arrested (regardless of wealth or social status).

I haven't verified whether it was a no-knock warrant or not, but it does sound like it was an announce and enter with force from what I've seen online. No word on what was in the warrant.

I think the family was just trying to point out that this guy wasn't a known felon with a troubling criminal history. Nothing I've read shows that this couldn't have been handled during daylight hours without such a show of force.

I've already said a bunch of times that I don't know anything more than the rest of you . . . the actual details BASED ON WHAT IS KNOWN shows that the ACTED like this guy was some violent felon who deserved to be served a search warrant that would make the mafia proud.

So what, I'm supposed to jump on board the ATF bandwagon with you and praise them for their actions?

Do you not think that he possibly noticed or thought he was being followed as a reason to drive erratically? Outside of that what have you heard to cause you to believe this guy was the equivalent of some mob boss that warranted such a show of force?

Because he has a violent criminal history?

Assuming your home is being invaded before daylight by potentially unknown people and taking reasonable actions to defend it not something you support?

they got a warrant to kick his door in at 6 a.m.

Who wouldn't fire at armed people flooding into their house in the middle of the night?

Thank you. I was scrolling through looking for factual updates about what he was suspected of, whether it was a search warrant for the property or an arrest warrant for the guy............ and it was just pages of speculating and shit talking until this post.

Can't imagine why anyone might dislike/distrust situations like this one . . . oh wait.
