Will Max Holloway take one of the biggest beatings ever seen in this octagon?

Recent pics show Max has actually put on some muscle so that will be helpful as opposed to when he simply didn't cut weight against Dustin and was beaten post to post for nearly 20 minutes.
didn't cut weight? I bet Max gets over 2
180lbs outside of camp, he tried cuttings weight for 6 days and couldn't continue against Khabib at UFC 223 and that was to 155lbs as well.

Genuinely insane that some people are thinking like this lol, max holloway is light years better than Tony Ferguson ever was

Gaethje doesn’t throw nearly as many low kicks as he used to and max completely changed his stance post volk 1 to be able to check them better

Gaethje was hitting the guard to an insane degree against poirier

He had a razor thin fight against fiziev where he got hurt

He also got hurt against, poirier, chandler, Charles, Tony, poirier 1, eddie, and Michael johnson

He doesn’t have an amazing chin

Max has been going lower volume and trying to land more power shots, he’s dropped his last 2 opponents

I think max will win

I think we both know your bets don't mean much but when he competed at 145, I'm sure he didn't.

I think Max is a solid level or two above Gaethje in the boxing dept, and he's not going to go blow for blow like dummy Chandler unless it's the last 10 seconds of the final round. Like others have pointed out, this all depends of Justin's ability to chop Max's legs down. If he can start making the impact by the 2nd round, it's his fight to lose. If he can't, I think we see Max start styling on Gaethje and running away with the fight on points. Of course wouldn't be surprised with a finish but I think this goes the duration. Still in the end, I'd put my money on Justin. He's not just some idiot brawler, they're both going to come in with refined game plans, put on a great performance and ultimately, I have to lean towards the guy who isn't moving up a weight class. I also don't think DP/Max has fuck all to do with this fight.

I'm in doubt whether:

1- Max will fall quickly due to Gaethje's strong low kicks

or

2- Max will be the victim of another demolition masterpiece similar to what happened to Tony.

or

3- Another (specify)

In your opinions, 1, 2, or 3?

---------------------
Personally, I don't think this fight will be a standard BMF bout. Max isn't at that level and he doesn't have the level of brutality necessary for this lightweight match.
His T-Rex style will be useless against the Highlight.

It's not a matter of if Max will fall, but when and how his destruction will be - Total mismatch!!

Another issue will be the degree of damage that Max will show after this epic beating.

The last one (Tony) didn't fare too well...

Beating! Beating! a lot of pain for Max is coming!
he better fall limping soon, it'll be better.

Wow.

I don't know why everyone thinks this is going to be a Ferguson level beatdown. It's not like Max tore his acl and "repaired it" in 3 months and is jumping over fences with his child in a psychotic rage. War Holloway he brings it all the time.
<[analyzed}><{ohyeah}>

He already did take one of the biggest beatings ever with volk
