I ordered new adjustable DBs from Baadass (Terrible name) - They are steel and go up to 122.5 each. My PBs only go up 50. I'll probably keep the PBs for a while for if I'm doing supersets and want to change the weight faster as the new need to be unscrewed and then add/remove plates. I also ordered a stand for them and an EZ curl bar. The gun show will be open this Summer.

Conditioning -- 30 minutes at about 65-70% of MHR

Running, 30 minutes, 2.3 miles followed by 5 minute cool down.

This might be the longest I've ever run without stopping ever.

Happy Friday, savage friends and bizarre guests. Let's run full speed into a kickass weekend!

My SI Joint still being a bitch. It's irritating especially because the weight doesn't feel heavy at all, but I want to take it easy so I don't miss weeks again. I need to just do my warm ups and stretches every day.

I was just going to go for 1 rep at 315 but that shit felt light so I hit a triple. It felt good. I haven't benched three plates in 5 years.

He was my camera man there. He was pretty impressed. He doesn't remember when I was benching 375, he was only 8 then.

I actually took some video tonight to upload for Jay. I don't know that I have a way to post them here, though.

Squat 255lbs 3x5
- I let out a genuine Ken Shamrock Summerslam GET OUTTA MY WAY complete loss of control when I racked it after the last rep. It was heavy, it sucked and it felt like it took forever but it got there. That’s the high you chase.

Bench 195 lbs 3x5
- It feels like it’s really coming together now. The lockdown of the lats and shoulders is finally there. It felt great.

Deadlift 335lbs 1x5
- Took a risk with the ten pins jump and it paid off.

Overall, I’m feeling so good. I’m motivated as ever coming off the beach weekend. I hadn’t really looked at myself in a while, I try not to as a weird rule because progress is slow and it’s easy to get discouraged. I genuinely went holy fuck! When I saw myself. I’m no where close to abs but there’s definition in the torso that I didn’t expect to see for a long time and I didn’t realize how much size is on my shoulders/upper back in just a couple months. SS isn’t a program for a beach body and my numbers are far more important to me but it’s a serious motivating factor when you see the changes. I’m ready to kick it up even more. Keep up the good work, friends!

Felt like shit today. Lower back is feeling a little better. Not so much pain like on Saturday but more discomfort. Trying to take it easy still. I had no energy today. I had to talk to a couple VA doctors today. Nice people but it drained my mana.

I also bought a Olympic size ez bar so I can finally curl more than 80 pounds that will be here tomorrow. I've been trying to find standard plates for a month but no dice. I don't know why my dumb ass didn't just think of this sooner. I have like 600 lbs of olympic plates all sizes.

Do you have a youtube account?

I do not. I suppose I could create one. Then maybe I could become an influencer and quit my job and travel the world going to bad-ass gyms and the gym owners would all kiss my butt because they know that my YouTube reviews can make or break them and I get millions in revenue and start my own workout apparel line and get a signature protein bar and maybe get some sort of training implement named after me.

Do you think Taylor Swift would go out with me if I did all that?

Nice! Where'd you order from? I ordered my new adjustable DBs and EZ curl bar last week, but I don't know if they've shipped yet.
