Normal liquor, I'd say the unique liquor item is Bundaberg rum, which is a sugar cane rum.do y'all got some local types of moon shine or liquor that is rarely seen outside of aus?
what is the Australian burger style?
beach or out back? which one has more fun outdoor activities?
To be fair, he did give him billions of dollars for it.I believe Bob Iger took everything Murdoch worked for.
We also have amazing wines (reds) and won top whisky in the world a few years back for one in Tassie.Normal liquor, I'd say the unique liquor item is Bundaberg rum, which is a sugar cane rum.
Otherwise its mostly beer culture. World leaders in beer.Bundaberg Rum & Liqueurs Online | Rum Distillery Tours

Aussie burger is a simple plate grill basic burger. Backyard simple. Gourmet Smash burgers are getting some popularity but not definitive.
Most of Australia lives near the coast. It's beach beach beach. Not even close
interesting is it like a micro brew culture like we have in the USA?Normal liquor, I'd say the unique liquor item is Bundaberg rum, which is a sugar cane rum.

I've seen more American style burger places pop up the last few years. But when at the local takeaway shops, it's common to have fried egg, pineapple or beetroot as available items for the burger.do y'all got some local types of moon shine or liquor that is rarely seen outside of aus?

It's not like the movies. about 90% of our entire population live in big cities.interesting is it like a micro brew culture like we have in the USA?
heading to the out back to dirt bike and stuff like that isn't a big thing?
A fraction of one percent of our population live in the outback... because it sucks ass. We're mostly a beach culture as most of our cities are around the water.do y'all got some local types of moon shine or liquor that is rarely seen outside of aus?

I saw ipas mentionedIt's not like the movies. about 90% of our entire population live in big cities.
For example, you have a population of 27 million people. About 10 million live in our two biggest cities alone (Sydney and Melbourne). If you were teleported over here to one of our cities, you could think you were in the USA/Canada/UK/NZ as there's very little difference... we just have better weather, are less dirty, less violence and crazy shit then the states.
From where most of us live to go to the outback to dirtbike is like someone saying they are leaving NY city to go dirtbike in New Oleans. Australia is fucking immense. Think 27 million people in a country the size of the US.
...we've been a micro brew culture since long before you yanks discovered the concept.
re American politics, I've lived in both places for extended periods of time and am a dual citizen, so Australians constantly approach me in the workplace and ask me to explain American politics. They are mostly bewildered and bring up Margery Taylor Green and Donald Trump.
There's an ongoing program called 'Planet America' where American politics and life are studied like some disease. America is largely treated as a big scary yet stupid baby that will shit itself at any time.
IPA's but really ales in general along with many other random types of beer.I saw ipas mentioned
what style of brews is most popular or what breweries are the most reknowned
I'd love to try
I'm an Ipa guy but stouts, pale ales etc all are good
Most news is astroturf propped up by somebody with deep pockets. Private or public.Only watch crap from the ABC if you want to know what the far left's opinion is on a subject.
It's a terrible, multi billion dollar yearly waste of Australian tax payer dollars. If it was a commercial station and needed to stand on its own merits, it would collapse within months.
What do you call the greens? They are openly socialist. This garbage is constantly written from their talking points. Most news is astroturf propped up by somebody with deep pockets. Private or public.
Far left is socialism and communism. This is just uppity soc dems and labor elitism.
They are a group cobbled together of soc dems and dem socialists. It's a temp alliance. What do you call the greens? They are openly socialist. This garbage is constantly written from their talking points.
The leader of the Greens did his thesis on the writings of Karl Marx FFS, they aren't even trying to hide it.
Preferential/Ranked voting is a godsend.Have been seeing a steady increase in US style loud shouty zero sum game team politics. Still a long way from actually being a thing, but IMO it's a major concern and something I very much hope we steer away from
It's shit, the stench alone is off putting. To me it's dog meat.Kangaroo is fucking delicious. I used to buy it from a general grocery store in Amsterdam. It's dirty gamey much like Ostrich. If you know your way around a kitchen it's wonderful.
