All former champions that completely fell flat on their face outside of the UFC if we're counting WEC as UFC. Bendo and Anthony fought each other again only a few months ago, oddly enough, and I think Bendo was robbed by judges.
Rousimar Palhares is my pick.

Don't make the mistake of assuming Randy wouldn't have won if those orgs were real MMA. You can't really extrapolate to the UFC from Rings. Same with Pancrase and Shooto.

I agree, this will get alot of old school die-hards upset but I don't consider Rings or Pamcrase mma.

Don’t think it was the org more than him just improved over time to adapt his style to mma.

You have to say early Pancrase. They changed to something similar to PRIDEs ruleset around 2000

Hard to judge. A lot of guys are shot by the time they leave the UFC.
