Greater Loss: Chimaev/Edwards or Tony/Khabib?

the dumb question?
Why is it a dumb question?

Leon vs Chimaev is a genuinely interesting fight with a lot of unanswered questions.

Khabib vs Bumguson would've been the most one-sided beatdown in MMA history.

Tony-Khabib not happening in 2015-2016 was a tragedy.

No offense to Chimaev or Edwards but the loss of their fight is a minor inconvenience by comparison.

Edwards is 29 and Chimaev is 26. They still have plenty of years to put that fight together if both guys keep winning.

The window to make Ferguson vs Khabib has closed because Ferguson is old and declining. It is a real shame that fight never happened.

Not making GSP and Silva in their primes was another big missed opportunity. Jones vs Silva at LHW isn't talked about as much, but that would have been an amazing super fight in 2012.

Usman seems like the most logical next choice for a true super fight. He turns 34 in two months. Hopefully they can convince Khabib to fight him at 170 within the next year or two. Usman vs Adesanya at 185 would be incredible. Maybe they could convince them to do it if the fight is in Nigeria in two years or something. I doubt any of those 3 will agree to fight, but wishful thinking.

Two great fights that never happened. Which hurts more?
Tony-Khabib easily, is this even a question. Its a fight that would mean a lot for both of their legacies and idk if tony in his prime could take the W but he would have a better chance than anyone else. Khamzat-Leon doesn't compare to that at all

That's bs, pprime tony has a better chance at beating khabib than anyone
