Drove to the gym due to laziness getting up
Cardio
5 min walk because I was that guy.

5 x 600m sprint with 1 min rest in between
1-4 were sub 1 min 48 per 500
5 was sub 1 min 47 per 500 (1 min 46.5)
6 was sub 1 min 45. In fact, I started a few seconds late which was included in the time but I managed to drive it down to below 1 min 44 (1 43.4 I think)
