He's single handedly cemented that status since losing the election. Whatever he might have had going for him, e.g. renegotiating trade agreements with minor, but admittedly incremental gains for the US, now absolutely pales in comparison to the way he put an exclamation mark at the end of his presidency. All the things Trump's been accused of during his presidency, or specifically that he's an egomaniac lunatic with total disregard for concept like truth, ethics, or morality, have now been revealed to be true. During his last days as president, he has the blood of 5 Americans on his hand on domestic soil. Let's be clear, these 5 people wouldn't be dead right now if it wasn't for Trump's 2 months long pathological peddling of a conspiracy theory, culminating in his call for his supporters to march on Capitol Hill.
