Is Lookin for a fight a good platform to find new fighters?

Im interested in what you guys think. I think its just an entertaining show with some personality with dana din and matt on it. I feel like it isnt really a way to find fighters. They only do a handful of episodes a year so it isnt really good as a platform for finding fighters compared to tuf and dwcs. The only "successful" fighters from the show were mickey gall, sage, and merab.
