So decided this week to again stop being fat, every year I lose the wieght get way stronger, get lazy put it back on and get weak. So this is my newest log of being a fat guy trying to be better. Instead of doing the BS 5x5 this time i am going to be doing the stronglifts version for a change up.

In between sets here i was resting about 2-3 mins

These I am starting very low on on purpose, my shoulder has always been a major prob for me and I am trying to take my time so to build it up. only about 1min or less in between sets.

Inverted crunches

6 and then had to stop, a massive amount of discomfort in my rib cage from these.

Woke up and eat 2eggs fried, 2 slices peamel bacon, 1cup of mixed fruit.

In strong lifts you only do one set of deads a week, I do not like this and I prefered doing 5 sets, I might add more sets next week because just didnt feel like enough work for somehting so important.

Lunch after gym had to chicken quarters i baked, removed skin and about two cups of mixed steamed veggies and two glasses of water.

Feeling good. However today some douche came over and told me i was squatting too deep and how i was going to hurt myself. wanted to smash him through a mirror, Guy had popeye body big arms little body and even smaller legs.
 
More than likely one of the guys off the line at Chryslers who think his biceps build better cars. I bet this was at Lifestyles on Central?

No i do not go to that homo fest, too damned expensive, but i do train upstairs there at central combat sports.

Kickboxing

1 hr class, skipping 5 min, 10 mins shadow boxing with weights. 20 mins or so light sparring, mirror drill. other contact drills. lighter day.


MMA (grappling with strikes)


1hr class, rolled the whole hour, felt good, didn't get taped at all, held top position on all my opponents. Was very tired throughout too tired to even attemtp many subs.

1hr kickboxing, mostly drills for the hour, ninja makers etc.

1hr grappling with strikes. no coach so we just rolled for the hour.
