Wow, merged with a 5 year old thread...
How do you do a string quartet tribute to a rapper? Do they just rhythmically play the same note?
I guess I'm going to see The Offspring next Friday. Here's hoping Dexter got his act together, seeing him on that Woodstock 99 documentary he REALLY let himself go. I'm going to be pissed if he delivers a winded Vince Neil like performance.
Hell yeah! All of the Gringo Bandito sauces have really good flavor!makes a good hot sauce
Alkaline trio and Bad Religion in November! 2 of my fav band all time, can't fucking wait
Chicago.Fingers crossed mate! Where they playing if you dont mind asking?
Is it because I post in the prem thread? Lol. Yeah, I've seen both bands a ridiculous amount of times but never together. I'm so excited. I hope this pandemic doesn't fuck me.@Rebelfett Thx! Have to say I always thought you were from the UK by the way nice band package! Should be fun... can't really remember what it's like to enjoy a live gig
How were they?I guess I'm going to see The Offspring next Friday. Here's hoping Dexter got his act together, seeing him on that Woodstock 99 documentary he REALLY let himself go. I'm going to be pissed if he delivers a winded Vince Neil like performance.
I just saw Sublime w/Rome and the Dirty Heads last week. Great show!!!
How were they?
That's cool sherbro, glad you had a good time! Been a fan of theirs since the mid 90s, never got to see them though. They were great, and super tight musically..even Dexter was spot on. It was cool too because (seeing you are/were Michigan resident..local reference time) it was my seventh time seeing them, and they were all at various amphitheatres, other than one time at the Filmore in Detroit. This time though was the Filmore in Charlotte, and the venue wasn't much larger than The Intersection in Grand Rapids, so it was very up close and personal. Which granted tickets were $60 instead of their usual $25-$30 but it was worth it
