Cool seeing a part of history in the evolution of fighting. The camaraderie and discipline. Going against the grain of the mainstream culture. The enthusiasm of the audiences and participants.

It all started with UFC

We were a kickboxing club that converted to MMA

I coached wrestling at the local highschool and recruited at all the local tournaments

It still exists today but in a different location

Puder was a beast but was also involved in many fixed fights. Too bad really, he had some potential.

It was an honor to have him with the club

Locking up with Dan really was quite an experience that put grappling in perspective
