A former camera guy for ABC, NBC and CNN has been arrested for threatening to kill Rep. Matt Gaetz and any future children that he has.
Eugene “Gene” Huelsman, 58, was arrested in Los Angeles on an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Pensacola, Florida.
“Tell [M.G.] to watch his back, tell him to watch his children,” Huelsman told Gaetz’s office on Jan. 9, according to the two-page indictment shielding the lawmaker’s name as “M.G.” that was obtained by Law & Crime. “I’m coming for him, he’s gonna fucking die… I’m gonna fucking kill him… Watch your back, I’m coming for you. I’m gonna put a bullet in you and I’m gonna put a bullet in one of your fucking kids too.”
The indictment was filed under seal all the way back in May, but there was seemingly no effort to arrest him until Gaetz complained on the House floor about the Justice Department not taking threats against him seriously enough.

I've been awake for less than an hour (I work nights).
I just checked it out.
Most of the questions were despicably political, and AG Garland replied numerous times making it clear that parents complaining in school board meetings were not domestic terrorists. Garland said he didn't know the facts of the case but said he would agree with with the opinions Roy was putting forward if the facts supported them.
As has been mentioned a number of times his office was contacted was a result of death threats on school board officials, and the memo he issued stated his department would reach out to local agencies regarding those activities. Do you agree that death threats are domestic terrorism?
Roy is on the right side of the GOP civil war. He has butted heads with some of the crazy things Trump has said over the years and stood against some of the insane measures Trumpers have tried. As a result he now runs the risk of being primaried, and a lot of his questions are things he's going to campaign on.
Roy did bring up a couple of issues I have mentioned, like the fact the attacker was arrested initially and then released, and then allowed into another school in the system. I feel these two issues are the most important parts of this entire thing, and I haven't seen any reporting that drills into them. Why is that? Why is all the reporting about the politics in play?
