Morning dumbbell video. I tried upping my weight to 15lb dumbbells. That lasted all of one set before I switched to tens. Idk why I thought I could go from 5lb to 15lb, but the false bravado did not last long. I haven't been motivated to go to jiu jitsu or do my second work out of the day. Need to just suck it up and go if for no other reason than to stop wasting money.
