There is a REALLY important line that Bruce says at the end of this video that just emphasizes how great he was.

He says

"Ok, now lets roll it back and see what happens"

I.e. he's reviewing the video to try and understand the effect and physiology of the strikes. For back then - that was off-the-scale revolutionary. Don't just take anyones word that this strike is effectively, lets test and watch it back ourselves.
