As much as I can't stand Strickland's edgelord gimmick and point-fighting style, he is a solid, well-rounded MMA fighter, who seems to stay in shape year-round and probably makes for a great sparring partner.

it takes some humility and some balls to reach out to the dude who knocked you out bad and offer him to teach him English and to spar.
