Valentina looked great out there though. Yeah she fucked up a bit in the 2nd and end of 5th but for the most part she looked very competent out there. For as controversial the fight was it was actually a very good and Close fight. I'd rather not shit on either of them

Good take and I and I agree. Val should take a couple top-ten fights first. If she wins, then she's back on track, got her confidence back, and proves she didn't suddenly become a can ... -_- And if she loses them, well time comes for every great champ.

Best women fighter ever all-round. Maybe not by accolades, but she is not much lower than number 1 there. It was never about 1,5,6 or 60 defenses, eye-test is more than enough to see how good she is. Of course, this all is just my opinion. No matter what happens next. I consider her better than Grasso anyway, even if she is out of her prime. Again, IMHO.
 
Valentina is probably not used to holding back and stalling.

If there's a good chance the score was 2-2, then she should have been told to not take risks. The 5th round might have been a coaching issue.
