Shouldering the jab (slight side motion with the elbow).

It's worth noting that Louis' highest profile loss was because he wasn't as stringent with his jab as he became later in his career. Schmeling noticed that he dropped his left hand when he jabbed and was able to fire a straight right down the pipe whenever Louis threw a jab. After fixing this flaw, Louis smoked Schemling in the rematch.
the reason louis dropped the jab is he was preloading the left hook, when he jabbed he would fake his weight on the right hand, if they bit off on the fake he would hook off the jab, if they didn't he would clobber them with the right. he was a master a getting his opponents out of position before he threw the right.

Of course it's been "done before"

It's still more of a thing to use here and there rather than a substitute for the regular jab, imo

[EDIT] - I may have misunderstood you.

If you put your shoulder "in" at the end of the jab (causing the elbow to flare some) it's too late for them to see it, it doesn't really add any telegraph because by then they're already getting hit and it can have more impact. That's might be fine if that's the case. Turning the fist at the end ALSO causes elbow flare (a little at the end) but too late to be seen.

If you're putting your shoulder "in" flaring your elbow at the beginning of the punch, then they can much more easily see what's going on and slip and counter you.

But they don't know if I hook the same way

Andre Ward flares his elbow with his jab, but he uses the momentum from it to go all the way to the open side so he uses it to his advantage. And he uses that elbow flare to raise his shoulder over his chin.

That works for a mobile jab but if you're doing a straight one don't flare, just push off your back foot with however much force you need.

lol, gonna need video of you cracking anyone with this jab inside of a gym.

So, you have zero evidence of this mystical jab of yours in action. Got it

Get ready for some of this

You realize WHAT a jab is do you. And looking at that video you definitely havent learned a thing in the last year. Still the same skinny fat TMA Karate styling.

No one who has trained even only one month in boxing moves like that.

Its great fun to develop skills no one ever thought about and thinking you are a genius until you do a sparring and get your clock cleaned.

.

Fuck off. That's a boxing straight right thrown in isolation and without retraction

No shit its without retraction <Lmaoo> You only do that nonsense in Karate. Its your feet that give it away. No proper weight distribution / stance . You telegraph that straight right up to Vegas . Watch Sinisters tile exercise and do it a lot.

But if you have started sparring I guess its only a matter of time until we finally see you in a sparring vid. I would vote for "eye of the tiger" as your walkout song.
