Fuck him. The unwritten rule of most gyms I've trained in is: as long as the guy using the Rack is working and not sitting around looking at his phone or talking to his Bros, he can stay there as long as he needs.
 
I like the treadmill work you got going there. I might try to add some of that in.

I try to get 20 minutes a day of some type of cardio. I don’t log it, but after the treadmill I generally sit in the sauna for 15-30 minutes to keep my heart rate elevated.

Short on time for this one. Having said that, it was kind of nice training legs without grinding myself into the ground by squatting. But on a different note, this was done in 26 minutes and my heart rate was elevated consistently.
