The lack of a plan falls squarely on those that rejected this very conservative new policy in favor of absolutely nothing, and did so on account of... nothing. It's not like the hard liners in the House have a plan that "secures" the border in any practicable or realistic way. The only thing they are good for is the extremely bare possibility of passing something so toxic that it stands no chance of ever becoming law at all. But the reason they get away with doing nothing and blaming everyone else is exactly because their voters reward them for it. It's nice to see that explode in their faces so spectacularly. Gets real old.
If you think this bill was "very conservative " you must believe in basically open borders.
