Gotta give it to Pena. She did exactly what she said she was going to do for months she was calling her out. People thought she was crazy. Nunes was teller her to fight GDR and rather reluctant to fight her initially. Now we know why.

I give credit to Pena but the notion that Nunes was ducking her is ridiculous. If anything, she got gifted a title shot because the division had already been cleared out.

Pena has improved a lot since the Shev fight, she looks way more disciplined in her grappling (doesn't leave as many oppenings for her opponent), I personaly don't see Shev finishing her with anything else that a super brutal headkick as of today.

You don't think Shev has improved? Admittedly it's kind of hard to tell when she's exclusively fought cans the last couple of years.
