Look at the Moutinho fight.Anything Omalley throws is deemed a sig strike. Including when Yan just took jabs to his guard before landing a massive counter on Omalley that wobbled him.

I think if Petr wasn't bleeding so much/bad cut... they wouldn't have gave it to Sean.

For a fight that was going back and forth, that could have been an deciding factor for a judge or two.
