Showed a lot better scrambling, and better striking vs Diego. If he improves as much in this fight then RDA is going to have a very rough night of grappling.

RDA looked terrible against Edwards. Couldn't avoid the clinch at all. Bad head movement. Looked kinda gassed after Edwards took him down in rd 1.

Chiesa has really good reflexes and should be able to clinch at will. His 4 inch height, and ~6 inch reach advantage should keep him safe on the feet allowing him to grapple. Seemed really clear headed in the post workout interview. Had to cut 20 lbs for Welterweight. He should be quite a bit bigger than RDA. If you look at Chiesa's record prior to being subbed by Kevin Lee he was on a pretty good hot streak. Kinda shows how badly the cut to LW was hurting his progress.
