Space is a fabric that can be manipulated, as we see from gravitational lensing when large masses such as planets bend spacetime. Theoretically it is possible to bend and warp space, and if you have the ability control gravity and harness enough power, you could pull space closer to you, allowing you to traverse massive distances without really even moving. You don't need to travel the speed of light to traverse galaxies, that's not how it's done.

Assuming they lived at the nearest star system from us, it would take them 4.35 years to get here.

It would take them 100,000 years to cross our own galaxy.

If they were from another galaxy, we're into the millions of years to get here.

It would take that long from our vantage point. For the traveler it could be much shorter depending on the speed. 86% light speed = cross the galaxy in 50,000 years. 99.999999% = 14 years. Large but finite amount of energy required.

A statement easily proven wrong by the hard fact life literally did develop in a part of the universe (you claim this is impossible) and there’s no magic involved that would make it impossible for conditions in another part of the universe at another time to also support something similar.

Given the universe is more vast than we can comprehend and has been around and will be around for billions on billions of years, the opportunities for earth-like conditions or conditions that would develop life differently to present itself are almost infinite and far from impossible. You just can only observe .000000000001% of the universe so you have no idea what evidence exists. You’re showing up to a crime scene at a huge hotel looking through a microscope at a .0000001% of it and saying if you can’t see blood it’s impossible someone was murder in this entire hotel.
