What's an average training week for you look like?

Monday - Mma
Tuesday - Kickboxing
Wednesday - Mma
Thursday - Kickboxing
Friday - Chill
Saturday - Heavybag session
Sunday - Mma
 
Workout at home. I have a pull up bar, pair of 40s and 20s dumbbells.

I try to walk 30 to 60 minutes a day. Sometimes I jog but only if my leg and foot are feeling ok.

Don't really have set days off. I do push pull legs. My workouts last about 30 to 45 minutes mainly calisthenics with my weights added at the end.

I miss the gym but life happens and honestly this style of working out has helped me feel the best I've felt in years. I take days off when work gets crazy.
