For him and the UFC clearly its losing to Tom, that why he isn't fighting him.

They keep calling stipe the HW GOAT for a reason.

To hardcore fans its losing to stipe of course, we don't have much faith in him.

All of his proven steroid usage
The fact that the MMA "GOAT" can't seem get an erection
When he hit 'n ran a pregnant woman, only to come back for "something" and then ran again
Lying and crying when he got caught using estrogen blockers, or was that for steroids, again?
Being arrested for roughing up his woman in front of his girls, then claiming racism against the police
Having the testosterone levels of transgender (not a real thing) swimmer Leah Thomas
Hiding under the ring from NSAC at Jackson's
Getting caught drunk driving (multiple times) with wrecks
His admitted cocaine abuse
Snitching to USADA to reduce his sentence, and on classmates for marijuana
