Apparently these drivers aren't familiar with Reginald Denny.
Not to be confused with Reginald VelJohnson.

So it was justified? Yes or no?

Yeah. Unless we are talking about different videos, it was fair. There was a violent ongoing riot and active curfew. Police were securing the streets. They warned these people several times to go inside, then hit them with a paintball to prompt compliance.

The police weren't there to be tyrannical. If there wasn't a riot burning and looting the city, these people could have hung out on their porch as much as they wanted.

The streets have nothing to do with people on their porch. There is no law than mandated that they had to be inside their homes.

You quoted a video of something happening in Brazil and proceeded to call America a shithole country.

Oh my bad. Let’s just google riot and see which country pops up first.

They weren't on the street

Doesn't matter. To secure the street, the police needed people to go inside. You guys are acting like they is just some good ol fashion tyranny, when in fact it is an extraordinary circumstance because of the ongoing riot. If people aren't burning and looting the city, you are allowed to stand on your porch.

Has there been a truck driver who stopped and didnt the shit kicked out him yet?

Not that I know of.

Its practically guaranteed to happen.

What's even more terrifying is that more and more of those trucks are automatic transmission. Meaning they drive like most cars so almost anyone can steal one.

If a protester got behind the wheel of a fully loaded tanker, the results could be very very terrifying.

Police don't get to make their own laws whenever they want. They follow instructions in place. They were never instructed to do that since no law or mandate was violated by those citizens sitting on their own porch.

Exactly. There is no law mandating because America isn't as tyrannical as you say. This was a rare occurrence because of the ongoing riot.

Any prognosis about the protests? Are they going to get worse? Idk if its worth to follow the news?

Yes they do. Police issue orders in emergencies situations all the time. They did this same stuff during the Boston bombings. Even worse, there were warrantless searches across the city.

Even then the curfew in place never gave those orders.

Or should the police just be able to do whatever they feel like it whenever they want?

Man you guys will defend anything on here. It's incredible.
