Conor fans dont get too excited a fluke is a fluke

There are many examples throughout history of this (Buster Douglas, Serra, JDS) but IDK I'm leaning towards Conor has transcended and is now the greatest fighter ever.

People saying it wasnt a lucky punch or a fluke punch. ...then what is one?

Yeah, genius. Why don't YOU explain how a punch that was thrown with intent at a target, lands where intended, and ends the fight is somehow a fluke.

they won't hear you, but we'll make sure they hear us when the stars are not aligned for him anymore, it always happens, look at Weidman

LOL hold your breath, okay? The stars were aligned for Aldo for a loooong time; were Cub Swanson fans huddling up in a circle jerk beating each other off with their own tears as lube, and crying about the fluke Aldo put on him?

Grow the fuck up, baby.

look how impressive aldo looks in this highlight. Makes conor seem like god

Which one are you, TS?

Oh McGregor predicted it?? LOL
this was the only way he could have won the fight, what was he going to say? im going to submit aldo? he had a punchers chance.
Mcgregor is a B level fighter, and you all gonna find out soon enough.
HE IS THE FW CARWIN

How embarrassing for Mendes and Aldo to be KO'd by a B-level fighter. If Conor is Ronda, then that makes Mendes to be Tate and Aldo to be Cat Zingano...except Cat lasted longer than Aldo did.

145 is such a weak division.

Lol, he knocks out the champ and #3 FW in back to back fights, but he's not top 3. LMAO.

It's insane to me people are trying to say Conor knocked Aldo out too quickly therefore he sucks like this shit is mind blowing.

Don't worry, when he lays out Frankie, you can cry about that being a fluke too and we won't think any less of you than we already do.

Can't be a fluke if Conor called it.

"We'll collide at that first exchange and then that will be it"

I remember when Anderson Silva lost via fluke.

In fairness, I kind of still think it was a bit of a fluke and im not a hater at all.
I think they are entirely different situations. Anderson won that first round clearly too.

oh shit! look how upset Sandro and Dias.

buffer doesn't even react to the KO!?

Buff is frozen and hyperventilating because he missed it. Dede looks like he just saw a dog shit on his rug, and Rizzo looks like he just saw his son buying dinner for a slut. Marlon Sandro looks like his mom got hit by a train.

jedrzejczyk getting pretty animated in the crowd

It wasn't a fluke, it was a well timed punched capitalized on a stupid mistake made by Aldo. i still do think we don't know who the better fighter overall is at this point because Aldo didn't fight like he has for the last 10 years, he didn't spend any time feeling McGregor out. But it wasn't a fluke in any way.

It does make me think that punch could have happened later in the fight with the same outcome, where before I thought Aldo winning was a sure thing, but there are still a lot of other ways the fight couldve went that we didnt get to see and a lot of unanswered questions. But hopefully in the future we get to see them against eachother again.

I am a confirmed Conor hater and the fight was not a fluke. He connected and turned Aldo's lights out. i was sure Aldo was going to win up until he got in the cage and was just standing their looking at the mat just like he does in all his fights but he looked different this time..Like he was tight and feeling the pressure.

Do you know what "fluke" means?

Fluke is when you're losing a fight and your opponent slips on an ice cube a fan threw and tears his acl or something.

Walking up and doing exactly what you said you'd do isn't a fluke.

I have this weird sentiment about Conor, where I like him, I think he's an amazing fighter, his antics amuse me, but for some reason I just want to see him lose.

Everything else aside, he's a better champion for the UFC.

Conor was Aldo's first fight of 2015, and before that his last 5 fights spanned over 3 years.
His inactivity was a massive turn off for me, and removes a lot of the luster from his claim to not having lost in 10 years.
Everybody loses, Aldo is the most recent proof of that, Conor will eventually lose too, but until then enjoy the ride, because he's shaking things up, and adding a lot of excitement to a division that Aldo made stale.
