I have a cousin that's probably pushing 400lbs by now. She's only 35 and her mobility is severely compromised. She was always a fat girl but even from a young age had a really poor relationship with food. My grandma bitch slapped her one time because she was begging for a 3rd serving before anyone else even finished their first plate of food.

I'd say within the next year she may lose the ability to do certain basic selfcare tasks on her own. It's fucking sad. And since I work in healthcare I treat a lot of old people and a lot of fat people..........what I don't treat are old fat people because they generally don't exist. Do people normally do jail time for false reports and or accusations ? There have been a few cases of women making false claims of rape . I don't know about all cases but the few I recall, the women didn't get jail time, some probation and community service .

well, apparently this is considered a felony in his case, so i would expect jail time would be on the table. i assume there are levels to this. filing a false report that your car was vandalized or something is one thing. claiming you were raped or claiming you were attacked by evil white people is an entirely different level that should warrant jail time. but i dont pretend to be an expert on this. but like i said, politics has me thinking they would rather this just go away as quietly as possible

There's a difference between "he raped me" and later saying "ok no he didn't" than the circus this clown brought to town.
Every time he lied to the police after being arrested is an additional felony charge they can file. Every time he makes a public statement that's a lie is an additional felony charge they can file.
The chief was very clear and very vocal to the media that they would be moving forward and he drew a black judge that isn't playing his games. This whole thing makes both the black and gay community look bad and the powers in play will do what it takes to get that stank off of them.

It's a felony, and jail time is on the table, but if he's smart(he's not), he would cop to it and take a plea for some probation and a fine. Since he's retarded though, and seems to want ride this lie out all the way to the judge, he might be made an example of.

And that's without the whole terrorist letter thing. I'm guessing they plan to use it as leverage for him to just own up to everything. If he doesn't, they could throw that shit at him too. He's basically making the worst decisions possible in this case. Guy is going down in flames, and his lawyers are gonna bleed him dry while he does it.
