How would Cormier vs Prime Fedor go down?

Good lord. Gang of morons in here referencing fights with completely vague context, overlooking that Fedor has twice as many fights and twice as many fighting years on him as Cormier.

Yeah. These guys think that two 1990 cars, one with 10,000 miles and one with 100,000 mile are the same.

Yeah, I don't think his style would do well against Fedor. He usually takes advantage of his speed and transitions against larger guys but wouldn't have that against Fedor...

Or he might smoke him with a huge bomb, we watch because we don't know what's going to happen.

I think DC would actually struggle to exchange much with Fedor, you look at the 3rd Nog fight for example and I think you see how effective Fedor was at exploding in from range into the clinch, Nog just couldn't get his boxing working at all.

Fedor lost way more than just to TK. Jones left Hamill gurgling in blood. He won that. Fedor on the other hand got sliced and diced by TK

Jones is the only undefeated GOAT

Weird. Everywhere I look it says that Jon Jones lost to Matt Hamill. Or are you saying that if there wasn't rules Jon Jones would have beaten Hamill? Well, if there wasn't rules then Fedor would have killed TK as well.

Unfortunately we don't live in your delusional alternate reality, we live in the real world.... .where Fedor has a loss to TK and Jon Jones has a loss to some disabled dude in a division that he has to cut weigh to reach because he needs rules like weight classes to protect him.

Fight ends with Fedor sitting on the stool asking his corner what happened.

Fedor was 32 years old when he lost against Werdum, how is that not his prime?

This "Prime Fedor never lost" thing is a huge meme.

Age does not matter, what matters is how much fighting mileage fighter has.

10+ yrs in pro combat sports noob, thats how it works

So about the same as Werdum? two years later he went on to lose against Dan Henderson, who has been in combat sports since 1997.

Can you please expand on this meme?
Well, you got the point I see: every human/athlete ages diffrrently (WOW) and we've seen his prime years cofirmed by his coach (WOW).
The main fault of fedors team is they were unable to adapt to those changes or maybe it was really hard to adapt as you can see he stopped grapple.
Also you bring fighters who are proved cheats, lol?

That's one of shittiest excuse that Fedor fans like to use. Fedor was in his prime when he fought werdum and bigfoot, that's truth whether you like it or not.

Dude was outstruck for the entire fight minus that one elbow.

PS. Prime Fedor also dominates Stipe.

The amount of strikes landed was very fairly even tbh. Stipe landed more of his earlier, Cormier started to land more towards the end.

It was less than one round anyway. When you say, "the whole fight" you make the match seem like Stipe was teeing off on Cormier before the inside hook. It was a short fight, Cormier picked up momentum and ended Stipe. How is that match a knock on Cormier's striking?lol

Its perhaps fair to mention as well that I think DC's peak was probably a few years ago as well, maybe as far back as winning the SF GP.

DC is a very hittable target against someone throwing bombs like prime fedor. DC's striking defence has always been shit.
