Ok. I’ve read a lot of this thread, and a few posts in the last one.

I have a couple questions:

1). Most of the guys saying it isn’t a big deal are saying so because of “boy who cried wolf”, ie bird flu, sars, other ones that turned into being a bit overhyped.

Does anyone remember what the CDC said for the last newsworthy viruses? Ie, do they consistently say what they have said for this one?

2) I keep hearing about the Senators briefing, but see no links. Anyone have a link to an article and/or YouTube video of senators being worried/talking after? Very curious about this.

3). Stockpiling is a great idea, but keep in mind, although every Sherdogger is a millionaire 6’7 275 pounds ripped, not everyone in the world is. Some are trying to figure out if using bill money to stockpile is worth it.

1st attempt at a vaccine is undergoing government safety and effectiveness research now. Hella good news

I also can't not think that the speed of which this is getting out there, it probably comes with a 5% risk of turning the Coronavirus in to the Zombie virus.

Some OT for a change, for some browny-points : So far no cases in The Netherlands, though our Minister of Foreign Affairs recently visisted Iran, and was not tested upon return, but oh well. A friend of mine lives in Italy, near Vicenza, and has seen or heard nothing of panic regarding this virus. He does live pretty much in the middle of nowhere and nearly off-grid, so. But he works as a train driver, and will be going to Germany this week. Curious to see if he notices anything different coming week.

I live near the German border myself, in a small village, and the supermarkets around here were pretty low stocked today, but that probably has more to do with carnaval than anything else. I myself have stocked up, freezer is full, got some extra dogfood as well, car is full of gas, and my BugOutBag is ready to go should things get too crazy for my liking.

The SARS vaccine effort was a pretty epic failure. And that was 15+ years ago.

While there is much evidence that various vaccine strategies against SARS are safe and immunogenic, vaccinated animals still display significant disease upon challenge. Current data suggest that intranasal vaccination may be crucial and that new or combination strategies may be required for good protective efficacy against SARS in humans.

I am giving you another example about my thoughts: in the US, in the war between Republicans and Democrats we have:

- heads (all corrupt: Trump, Hillary, etc)
- patriots in every party
- false accusers in every party, they pretend to be patriots but they are linked to the heads (all corrupt, they are wolves dressed as sheeps); sometimes they speak the truth but they also work on everything, sometimes they lie and are very believed

There is no such thing like American patriot since JF Kennedy, who turned his back on them for America. I can"t develop here more, but I have arguments for everything. Also, from those patriots that are screaming, shouting not just that they are right but they are also demonized by the media some of them.

It"s only an opinion, no need to offend me sending me to get some help. I am predicting even more disasters next. Something is going on, do you still think it"s only the global warming, now with Iran and Wuhan duo? This is a movie scenario, maybe more will make you reconsider my position or your position.
