I've read that the purest from of Creatine (Creapure) comes from Germany. Stopped taking it because I was getting cramps when I workout. I'm ready to introduce my body back slowly with the supplement. @HI SCOTT NEWMAN @BroRogan

Isnt it just creating monohydrate? Creapure is a consistent standard but its the same thing.

Id take any mono as long as its micronized
 
Don’t do it bro. Creatine is bad for your liver , kidneys, colon, intestines, pancreas, and gallbladder

Small world, for a short while I worked for the German company that made creatine. I was in the same division as that product but never had much interaction with what went on with it. Hope you stop the cramping and find a system that works for your body.

Hope you are well in Alaska and your house is no longer under 2 feet of snow (for a few weeks anyway) and you have stopped smashing your bedroom window after drinking! That was a good story.

Chael.... ok.... but background placard is "Edgar vs Maynard 3" which was October 2011.
So that video is filmed 8.5years ago, so when Chael Sonnen was 34 or 35yrs.

Most of us looked better 8.5yrs ago!

Plus in 2014 :
He popped for (1st test failure) :
Clomiphene
Anastrozole
Admitted HCG use
2nd test in June 2014 he popped for :
EPO and HGH.

Clomiphene and Anastrozole are only gonna be taken by athletes as use as Post-Steroid-Cycle Therapy.
So....obviously he was taking them to restart his system after a cycle (probably many cycles) of anabolic compounds.

So that's 5 different non-legal compounds in 2014 and if anyone thinks he was ONLY starting that in 2014....then I have a bridge to sell you.

The one massive credit I give Chael (and I do like the guy) is he FESSED UP and admitted it and took his punishment. He just said yep I did it, and didn't contest it. For that....he gets a Brownie point. If only Jon Jones would have done that.

German Creatine is extra hard on your kidneys, if you don't have some German genetics, you could get kidney failure............that stuff is hard core........

Sauerkraut helps to buffer out all of that efficient German supplementation.

well...I might not remember too much of what I did yesterday generally but I do remember amusing details etc

I want another UFC event. 3 in 8 days wasn't enough!
Uncle Dana assures us all that there's another one on 30th May. So 11 days to go for that. He's trying hard to do it in Vegas at the Apex but says that Arizona is his back-up plan. I'd imagine that the location will be decided and fixed and announced by close-of-play this Friday. By then he'll know if Apex has gotten the green-light or not.
 
Word on the street is that May 30th event *IS* gonna happen at Las Vegas UFC Apex.
