The irony of this thing is it wasn't really enough back in Nov/December when it was being negotiated and now it's going to arrive 3 months after that (with EIP likely being end of April). Just like the CARES act, congress should already be onto negotiating the next one but they can't because everything needs to be rolled into a giant monolithic package to get anything done.

This is definitely a positive though, hopefully people can actually get some relief. I just think they should have negotiated bailout checks and unemployment insurance in parallel to this and get those out faster with reconcilliation being the stop gap.
