Social Reccomend me some conservative movies.

I don't think that. Conservatives love war movies but it is like they don't actual follow the plot. Most war movies are anti-war. Even then, no conservative would admit that FDR and Truman kicked the shit out of the Nazis and Japan or that Johnson escalated Vietnam.
This post doesn't even make sense.

You are saying that most war movies are anti-war and on those grounds conservatives wouldn't enjoy them while inadvertently admitting that Democrats historically were the militarists between the two.

Every Batman movie where Batman is actually cool is pretty right wing.

My guess is he will be cancelled soon for being a fascist that breaks bones to poor disenfranchised people. Gotham needs more social workers.

Beautiful scene, and we both know what it symbolized with the bugs.

Wasn't the whole movie showing how capitalistlism could transform into fascism? Hence the nazi like uniform.

Needs more golden labs

Yes, it goes both way depending on the movie. Full Metal Jacket is strong critic of Vietnam, which was supported strongly by conservatives and Johnson got dragged into. Saving Private Ryan is in my opinion apolitical but if you want to label it, FDR was the U.S. champion for involvement. Conservatives did everything possible to keep the country out of that war.

Lord of the Flies - it's got your GOP groupthink, irrational emotional decision making, and the disastrous consequences when conservatives govern themselves (think Texas power outage 2021).

I mean, if you don't mind "B" movies with piss-poor acting and writing, knock yourself out.

Watch it in portuguese + subs

That movie is crazy. The second is even better. It was supposed to criticize police brutallity, and it kinda became a cult film in Brazil

I wouldn't say any of the films I'm about to list are particularly great but I would consider them conservative, if you are truly looking:

The Dark Knight
Brawl In Cell Block 99
Forrest Gump
Whiplash
The Hunt
Gone with the Wind
Ghostbusters
Sicario
Rocky

How in the hell the Dark Knight aint great? It has the best acting of the last 30 years (Heath) and the plot is just sublime. It doesnt feel like a comic book movie, like watchmen or the joker

Best post of the thread, IMO. What about The Godfather, though? Kind of glorifies amoral familism, which is a key conservative value.

Falling down

Ah yes, the Incel classic. The joker before the joker was cool.

One of my favorite things to watch is conservatives being too stupid to know the movies they idolize are critiques against them. Falling Down literally has him realizing "I'm the bad guy?" at the end of the movie and conservatives SILL hold it up, just because we all get pissed at society sometimes.
