Law Pelosi desk "invader" asks judge for freedom to sell cars

Lost what.

Imagine trying to compare felony trespassing to a financial crime like there is any parity.

I'm laughing at you because what you said is stupid and I think it's funny.

Read what you said. “Carrying a weapon while committing a felony is a clear sign of violent intent”

If Bernie Madoff was carrying a pocketknife while committing felony securities fraud, under your standard, how would he not have violent intent? There’s two elements to have violent intent according to you: committing a felony and carrying a weapon. He has both of those.

clearly this is to illustrate how stupid of a standard you laid out. His carrying a stun gun could be completely unrelated to his trespass Abd not indicative of “violent intent”.

but you can also take my example of a woman shouting in the street (disorderly conduct) while carrying mace on her keychain to see how dumb your standard is.

three months in jail without being proven guilty of any crime and denied a bond to get out. That super shitty. Sorry you’re you’re a jackbooted moron who believes that a mere accusation should land someone in jail for an extended period of time. Why was Kobe given a bond when he was accused of rape?
I have to give you credit for this one. Deflecting to Kobe Bryant came out of left field.

Never saw it coming.

None of those people are felony trespassing while armed.

I’m sorry if you can’t see how it’s ridiculous that a person that was charged with non violent offenses was given no bond, because even with violent offenses, bond is set. I was illustrating how “no bond” seldom happens and only in extreme circumstances, which Barnett’s does not rise to, does this occur.

Are you really that dumb that you can’t see the use of an example for illustrative purposes?

So their plan was to delay the electoral college vote? Sounds dumb. Sounds like they should be fined. Doesn’t sound like they should be thrown in jail without bond.
Stun guns zip ties and the like aren't used for mere "delay". Coupled with "hang mike pence"
Those people would have murdered politicians if given the chance.

So now the GOP is soft on crime.
I cant keep up with all the flip flopping.

Lol so why not charge them with conspiracy to commit murder? You think the DA has the horses for that? Be my guest.

Dumb example bro. Kobe was a world famous millionaire basketball star, there is no way you can compare the two.

lol so only in this ONE circumstance is a normally non violent offense violent? That doesn’t make you seem partisan at all. You’re adorable.

I would think any felony trespassing while armed would be considered to have violent intent.

Contextually, when you felony trespass with a mob actually chanting to kill people, it makes even more sense to consider it a violent intent.

I'm just here to laugh at you while this thread collectively dunks on you for your shitty whataboutism and mischaracterizations. There is no having an honest discussion with you in this thread as you yourself have chosen to start this conversation from a place of dishonesty.

Yet, he’s not charged with a violent crime. You keep saying how violent the mob was, yet they didn’t kill anyone. You talk about his intent to use his weapon, but he didn’t use it. So everything you say about intent is pure conjecture.

he’s charged with trespassing Abd the passive act of carrying a stun gun. Not seeing any violence there.

there’s no having any honest discussion with people who are hysterical about a few broken windows and call it an insurrection.

And analogies aren’t whataboutism . I’m illustrating a point. Sorry if you can’t keep up. Gtfo.

I'm not a judge or lawyer so I can speak for whys or what not's. I have no political party. But that was some bullshit that happened. I do find it odd that the same Republicans that wanted to crucify Hillary (can't stand her) over Bengazi were totally against a investigation over the insurrection. Why do you think that is?

Just "broken windows" ??
For real? well that's everything I need to know

When you leave your home you enter into a social contract to follow the laws of the land. The accused in this case was like "Nah, **ck that."

We all have choices to make in life...

oh yeah, everybody gotta "follow the laws of the land"

so lets arrest and keep in jail a guy for trespassing, but at the same time release repeated violent offenders...

that "social contract" can't really be taken seriously or last for a long time when ppl in charge, who are suppose to uphold that "social contract", are partisan hacks and target ppl with wrong political views.

There you go being dishonest and mischaracterizing things again
