pardonlol
I see nothing wrong with the husband's handling of his firearm. However I could definitely suggest a couple of instructors for the wife. She has no business handling a gun of any sort. But I'm looking at it through the lens of a Canadian, we can't own guns without going through a government mandated course.I don't feel that strongly about it either way, I just think that they were irresponsible with how they handled their firearms and the whole situation could've ended very badly as a result.
I agree Rittenhouse was acting in self defense and shouldn't be convicted or punished.
He was pointing it at the crowd, I think that was a bit much. Like I said even Rittenhouse kept the barrel to the ground until he was ready to fire.I see nothing wrong with the husband's handling of his firearm. He still excercised proper trigger discipline. The perceived threat of a hostile mob can be used to justify that aiming imo.He was pointing it at the crowd, I think that was a bit much. Like I said even Rittenhouse kept the barrel to the ground until he was ready to fire.
Honestly I think they should've been punished for how they handled those guns. Nothing crazy, maybe a slight fine or some community service. Really irresponsible to point your guns like that and to disregard trigger discipline. They need to learn from top tier operator Kyle Rittenhouse on how to handle a gun, now that boy knows his way around a rifle.
As he should. The wife was a fuck up. But, she knew her gun couldn't fire. The people in their neighborhood had already committed a crime to be there. Were any of them charged?
Seeing the Police and DA actually tamper with the evidence is insane. That alone would have been enough for me to throw it out and ask for a Criminal Probe on the DA and and cop that thought that was alright.
Sure I guess.Should the rioters be punished for trespassing, breaking shit and threatening people ?
We couldn't see the mob... you know the mob that violently broke into private property. If the mob was threatening them and pointing guns their way would you feel differently? I find it very scary that the leftists on here relished the murder of unarmed Ashli Babbit for trespassing but takes offense to two people against a mob trespassing. Hypocrisy, how does it work?
I was under the impression that they tampered with the firearm not the cops
I would argue the exact opposite. The McCloskey’s had zero support, back up or anyone for that matter to protect them against the violent mob other than themselves. The capitol had professional law enforcement local and federal thoughout the building. Additionally, the mob in St Louis was arguably better armed than the larpers on Jan 6th. The cop that murdered that woman was trained where the old couple under significantly more distress and threat stood down.I would argue that the two types of “trespassing” were completely different even though the crimes were similar. Both broke through a gate and went where they weren’t supposed to go and both were in a mob of angry people, but this is where the differences come out. People on the sixth violently attacked police officers, the building, and stormed the fucking capital building. These people broke a gate and were chanting.
Do I think Babbitt should have been shot? No, I don’t, but many others should have been shot when they were beating police with poles and bats. Those pricks should have been shot. She broke a window and climbed through. She knew what she was doing was fucked up but probably didn’t expect to die for it.
Nothing ever really changes.
Proof of racism or just something cool to say nowthe justice system is racist AF sometimes
If they lived on capital hill they would of earn medals for standing up to people unlawfully entering their property

You only point your gun when you're ready to shoot to kill, otherwise the barrel should be pointed towards the ground. Just watch Rittenhouse in between his shots, finger was always off the trigger and the barrel pointed towards the ground even though he was in the middle of a hostile mob.
