MLB Betting

Favorite = Toronto Blue Jays. They are a much better team on paper than Cleveland. Even on the road, it should be their game to lose.

Live dog = Seattle Mariners at home. They are only a hair's breadth lower in power ranking than Tampa Bay.

You are on a heater when you get things like that falling for you. You deserve it. You took some beats a few months ago.

Max gives up a HR at the bottom of the first w two outs and no one on. That hurts but I’d bet that again no questions asked

HOW IS HE THE BEST PITCHER IN THE NL LOOL

So far this yr? I'm not saying he will end up being the best because there is no way in hell that's gonna happen but as of right now he's the best pitcher in the nl that can change with 1 game though.

5 starts 4 quality starts which alot of people don't know what a quality start is. A pitcher must go at least 6 innings with 3 or less earned runs 1.82 era 0.84 whip which is walks hits innings pitched

I understand what you're saying, we disagree on what's important to measure a pitcher's success. but even using your criteria, how has he had a better season than Rodon, Kershaw, or Lopez?

Look at where he pitches also Colorado has the most hitter friendly ballpark year after year a pitcher with a 4.5 era at Colorado would be a 3.5 any where else. But with all that said kuhl is complete dog shit just saying after 25 games this yr at the end of the yr he will prob be 5-15 with a 6.20 era LMFAO just saying early on

Regardless of how you choose to measure pitchers he’s in the mix.

Took these as straight bets tonight fully expecting to go 0-4:

Diamondbacks
Tigers
Padres
Brewers

Top 10 in the NL? Sure. He's not top 5, that's for certain. But even OP said he expects regression so why would one consider a futures bet in this situation, especially considering he has the disadvantage of pitching in Coors more than any others with similar ERAs

Probably because his odds are way longer than the known names like Kershaw, Rodon, etc. and it could be worth a flyer.

My book doesent offer futures for cy young and mvp why consider it. Because I'd assume he's prob +10000 so unless if your extremely rich and willing to bet thousands of dollars on Kershaw at probably +800 throwing 10$ down on a longshot fuck it prob gonna end up losing that 10$ in some other dumb shit anyway but yes kuhl is dog shit no chance he ends below a 4 era but why not throw a longshot there because u never know
