Probably there's a NDA for it or more would speak up. I imagine there are top fighters the UFC wants to keep their reputation. But we know results and what fights get put together. Only Burns has signed and showed up, between both top 10 at WW and MW. It's a joke. It's the only real fight we've seen him in a year and a half. And if they get a weak replacement that will become 2 years soon enough for someone championship material.
