I know MMA math doesn't always work, and that Usman probably got older and was less in his prime just now

but seeing both their fights against Usman makes me believe Edwards would win

I think Leon wins but it's very possible he will have to hurt Colby at points to score big enough to win a decision, Leon's fairly low output style makes it tough to beat guys like Colby and Usman who drown you with volume and pressure. Still, Colby has sat out a year and at 35 isn't young either and Leon showed much improvement..Colby isn't the takedown threat Usman is, but I think he can push the pace standing even harder than Usman did.

Good fight, Colby doesn't deserve a 3rd title shot though and watch Conor or Masvidal get it after him haha. Shavkat is laying this division to rest.

Colby. Leon has a tendency to do just enough to win rounds and that'll be really tough against a guy who doesn't stop throwing

I think he is. Compare his fight with Masvidal to Usman's two. Colby took Masvidal down repeatedly and held him there. Usman was unable to to the same and instead held him against the fence most of the time.
