Media Conor is back! Drops sparring partner with HUGE left hand

His time is up. 155 is a fucking shark tank. He probably beats old washed up Tony and maybe even lands something big on Gaethje or Chandler, but hes not beating Charles, or Islam, and then theres all those guys who arent ranked in the top 5 yet but are skilled as fuck like Fiziev, Gamrot, Tsarukyan, Guram, Damir etc. Things have passed him by at this point.

He doesn’t look big at all in that video or in the recent wrestling clip he posted. He’s not a bloated mess there. He looks like he’s actually training right these days.
Conor is the master of lighting, angles, and always having a pump on when he is photographed and filmed for social media.

Then we see him during fight week, or in sparring footage like this. And he looks similar to how he always has. For all the talk of how jacked he has gotten, he has gained maybe 5 pounds of lean muscle. If that.

Lol. He ain't back. Sure, 2013-15 was quite a ride, but he hasn't shown anything impressive since then.

Conor wearing running shoes to protect his brittle legs and knees.
Know dat feel though.
Not a good sign for a pro athlete though.

Rumor is he always had some injuries there and that's why he's on the bike instead of running.
Explains his 8 minute gas tank, too.

YOU FOOKIN RIGHT MATE, THE MYSTIC MAC IS BACK!!! Leon Scott is shitting his pants rn!! WW Champ 2023 LET'S GOOOOO!!!!

Whichever washed up LW he's gonna drag up to 170lbs is in for a world of trouble <HisEye>
I mean he did his best at 145 and has only won 1 fight at 155 inside of the UFC. Lost his last 2 fights and broke his leg.. Jim Miller would be a good tune up fight, Miller has won 3 straight so it's not a total cherry pick or anything but I'm sure some people would be outraged if that fight happened. Casuals don't know who Jim Miller is tho so idk who would be the best pick for him. Max Holloway rematch at 155 perhaps too.

It was a funny time when everyone thought Khabib was scared lmao.

People really do lack ability to think for themselves sometimes. There were so many reasons to not take that seriously, but a still frame during a weight cut was way more convincing. Lol

to be honest he looks bad in most of his footage. he looks best grappling these days which is kind of funny. dude is to slow now to hang with to many of the lws. unless he manages to develop infinite endurance and cardio for 5 rounds he will get beat every time he doesnt get an early KO

Conor may come back as good as he ever was. The problem is that the LW and WW divisions have moved on. I don’t see him beating guys like Islam, Gamrot or Damir at LW and Usman, Khamzat, Leon or Shavkat at WW

Calm down. He beat up a nobody in practice. Dude was a deer in the headlights. Look how he gives Conor a wide open target. Skipping in front of him, moving left to right with his hands down and just right there in front of him. You NEVER do that. You always need one foot forward, one foot back. It's a very basic mistake that no one Conor will face in the Octagon would ever do.

He hit a home run in batting practice. So what?

Like somebody already said in here...these are from the Poirier fight.

Also, if it's not... it's easy to do these things with an injury when you're not being tested...by your sparring partners....or USADA.

When he comes back...scratch that...IF he comes back they'll give him someone they know he can beat.

Then he'll get ktfo by any real one.

I've lost all hope in Conor returning to form. Breaking your leg then coming back doesn't help but he doesn't seem to have the same swagger he use to.
