Well, we are going to have to go by the data presented by Adessanya's UFC career and all the UFC guys getting crushed in Glory, and therefore conclude all these guys could be MMA p4p top 5 if they transitioned but not vice versa.

They are comparable, mma has better talent above welterweight. Lightweight is debatable with khabib gone, but featherweight and below I would give the edge in talent to kickboxing and muay thai
