It's unlikely, but if Nate pulled guard and dragged Conor down, would that count as a takedown?

Considering Silva and Latifi are both -200 Silva is def safer play IMO. Villante can bang and its at LHW pretty sure one of them gets knocked out. Most the board are on Latifi but im still not sold on Latifi. Its a hard fight to call IMO.
How do we feel Holm line moves? I have Holm closing a £500 parlay so i can hedge now with Miesha @ +290 and guarantee myself approx £300 or so profit. But is Holm going to become a bigger fav? The lines barely moved.
It does. I think the crux is that pulling guard would make Nate land on the bottom and therefore wouldn't count as a takedown, unless he pulls off some insane scramble mid-air and lands on top.this may or may not help -- so the answer to this is: whatever fightmetric says (cause 5d explicitly says it's their stat)
the reason i bring this up is:
in mcgregor vs brandao, brandao went for a clinch TD and conor landed on top.. so if that registers as a td, than yes. if not, no
http://www.fightmetric.com/fight-details/1e603e6aa6d1a750
and the verdict is....conor 1/1
that help?

FightMetric is kind of weird, but to be fair you'd have to dig a little deeper to see if landing on top in a failed td counts. In the Brandao fight, that was a reversal into takedown. In amateur wrestling that would count as a takedown just as it did in the fight.yea, it's a gray area sometimes when guys bail on a td and end on bottom.. sometimes it can be considered a td, sometimes not?

Would nate pulling guard count as a TD for McG?
i can't get a read on the td's prop. just can't. i think conor is clearly the better wrestler (cause nate's wrestling is terrible). but he's -265. that said, he's unlikely to for any... it easily could push at 0-0, hehe.
i agree w/the general sentiments about the O86.5 strikes being decent. arguably better than O2.5 rounds at a similar price. cause likely doesn't need 2.5 rounds to hit.
getting nervous on that "no glove touch" prop.. conor does it a lot... it's more about diaz not doing it...
Always hard to say especially when no one wishes to lose ££ but imo I would stick with holm, her first title defense she will probably work enough each round with her superior striking and avoid any clinches or ground game. Tates defence in past fights go down hill when she gets tagged cleanly its her will and heart that pushes through to get the win and holly has good cardio and worse yet accurate striking just not good news for tate I reckon. As was said by one of the regulars hollys split a while back was silly and should have been a clear decision too.
Am not sold fully on latifi, he looked small and scared of Jan not so long ago and villante has good solid leg kicks also, guess most are considering latifi tank like body and his ability to close the gap is excellent and no doubt he probably gets a r1 ko again but villante is a lot better then the last 2-3 guys he beat.
I got Nate at +285 lol^^^ yea, no bet for me
Wow Conor was steeper? Nate was +265?
