Hyenas one on one would beat a Wolf. But with the added 3 wolves in the dynamics in this pack against pack fight. Who takes it your opinion?

Honestly, I have no idea, but it would be fascinating to watch.

Probably Hyenas. They're more resilient and durable and can withstand and recover quickly from difficult conditions. Plus they live in harsh conditions in the savannah so they're battle hardened and face predators like lions daily so a pack of wolves would be nothing.

Agreed.

Plus they're more intelligent. Wolves got beat by a little pig in a brick house and a teenager wearing a red hood ffs.

Hyenas would win. They're not afraid to fight dirty.

You'd never see only two wolves take down a male animal that BIG. Wolves hunt in HUGE packs and basically take animals down by exhaustion after long battles over miles/kilometers. They're not explosive like hyenas. Hyenas are related to cats rather than dogs, so they're like big, athletic cats but with a stronger bite and without claws.

Hyenas and they will laugh while kicking some wolf ass

Wolves are likely smarter and work better as a pack. Hyenas can get chased off by African wild dogs, since the dogs are much better working together. To the death though? Hyenas. Stronger bite. Bigger. Thicker skin. Harsher environment.

So don't you think the wolves as a group would figure out how to take on 12 Hyenas? Considering they work together better. And you say African wild dogs even chases Hyenas off. Wolves are like a much larger version of African wild dogs.

Had to Google their sizes lol. A wolf is usually around 100 pounds, hyena 150-190 pounds. That's a big difference.

Speed is similar. The only way wolves could win would be to bite and run. If the hyena gets a hold of a wolf it's probably done for. I guess in a long, drawn out fight the wolf could possibly win by staying elusive and working together. If it's close quarters, they are screwed.

The wolf has the better stamina too. It can just run lol. Not sure if that type of stamina would matter much in a fight.

African wild dogs hunt in much bigger mobs though.

Hyenas will run from a mob of 30-40 dogs because they're not retarded.

15 wolves would run too.
